My lg refrigerator was not making ice since I purchased 2 days earlier. They tried a quick solution that didn’t work, so they came and changed the refrigerator. Very satisfied!!

ONLY Get Delivery, Skip Installation.

They delivered on time, the correct item, but from there it was down hill all the way. The tech brought in the refrigrrator, plugged it in. I asked him to reverse the door swing and the technician stated I had to buy a specific kit to do that. He stated it twice. He left. I searched for two weeks, no kit recommended or available through Best Buy. Finally, I checked the manufacturer website, and NO YOU DON'T NEED ANY KIT. I called Best Buy and explained, i wanted it dobe, soon, and DO NOT SEND THE SAME TECH. Customer Service assured ne, he would not be sent. Guess who showed up? Same guy. Walks in and tells me I NEED TO BUY A KIT!! I pulled up the GE website, opened the owners manual file, scrolled to the page that told him how to do it, he responded "well that's new". Unbelievable. Now my freezer door sits 1/4 inch to high. I'll fix it myself thanks. Only get delivery, don't let that guy touch ANYTHING.

They are very professional and organized and help show me how to work the appliances. I highly recommend Best Buy.
