The installers came within the time frame I was given. It was raining, so they unpacked the majority of the materials in my home and apologized for making the mess, but kept my refrigerator out of the rain! They cleaned up all the packing materials, installed the refrigerator, hauled out the old one and it works great! No complaints! The guys were awesome!

Installation was great. The delivery team took great care bringing it inside and scratching the floor and walls. The fridge loka nice and fits perfectly. It looks good with my counter. The side is gray. It took about a day for the ice to fill in the door and freezer.

The guys or company that BestBuy was able to use were immaculate! The attention to detail while hauling my new refrigerator in was excellent. They did it with such ease and grace that I was impressed. I even expressed it to them myself how seemless they made that look. Very nice and very professional gentlmen.

These two installers also installed my dishwasher so I’m extremely satisfied with their work. Like previously mentioned, they were courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. My refrigerator sat in my garage for a week because prior installers were not able to get refrigerator in through the door. These two knew exactly what to do and did it professionally.

Purchased LG French door refrigerator in July. Has double ice-makers and a filtered water dispenser conveniently located on outside the fridge door. Really enjoy the extra space/capacity of this beautiful fridge!

I had a 3.2 cubic foot freezer that worked fine, but wanted something bigger that was frost free. This model had everything I wanted with a reasonable price

I did not require a water hook up. just install in which the guys were great. Had ton remove a base board for the fridge to fit. excellent service

This freezer is perfect for our needs. It is compact, quiet and efficient. Most is all its 13.8 cf are carefully designed to provide maximum storage space. Bottom line: Awesome!

Fridge delivered 2/22/25. Installer was very kind. My water line was not in yet, so the ice/water was not hooked up. I paid for the "water install kit" but was only given a hose. (Best Buy reimbursed me for the kit). The fridge was not balanced, so it wobbles. On 3/10/25 the freezer handle disconnected when my 6 year old grandson was looking for ice cream. I am required to contact Whirlpool to reattach the handle and balance the fridge since the purchase is less than 30 days.

Our refrigerator was not delivered when expected or when it was scheduled. It was very unprofessional because no one even called to let us know they werent coming. It left us in a bind with no refrigerator for 5 days.
