Insignia 13.8 cf upright freezer

Quick and efficient installation, POOR loading.

They were quick to show me the slight damage from the loading dock workers and immediately called the Best Buy rep to give me detailed instructions. Too bad the loaders weren't more careful, or my experience would've been fine. I thought the installers would've given me some instructions or showed me how exactly to set up the fridge, but they were trying to exit asap. In hind site, the current situation we're all in dictated just how long they wanted to stay, and I didn't blame them for leaving so quickly. In fact, I'm glad the installation went so quickly. Very professional and very patient.

They were able to also install the water line with no problem. They were very quick as well and careful not to damage the door way or fridge.

They also took pics and verified that everything worked.
