I wasn't there for the installation but my wife was. I noticed a ding on the stainless front door but can't tell whether it was there when it was unpacked or on installation. They did move my old small fridge to the pool house as requested.

These wonderful people came out and moved our freezer for us and adjusted it just perfect, made sure to cover their shoes to protect our floor, and overall were friendly, and knowledgeable. They even gave good advice about our freezer.. quick and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Have to get doors taken off fridge for install, for $24.99 to get that done and fridge places for install is a good deal

Nice guys spent time to carefully install our refrigerator. However, they did not balance it. The doors slam so hard it is annoying. The legs need to be adjusted. This is the second refrigerator that was not installed properly by them - unless I am wrong, and the legs cannot be adjusted.

The hookup was surprisingly fast and done professionally. No complaints.

The first time we had our fridge installed the deliverers damaged our fridge and brought us the incorrect hose to set up our water supply. Best Buy replaced the fridge in a matter of days and the second set of delivery men were wonderful. They did a fantastic job and Best Buy took care of everything including getting the water supply set up correctly.

It was an easy job to connect the new fridge to an existing water line.
