I purchased this refrigerator on August 24th . It was delivered on August 27th. It starting making a noise like running water/static sounds on September 25th less than one month after delivery. I purchased a protection plan so I called Geek Squad. The first person told me no problem to replace although passed the 15 days return but less than a year. I said ok but would like to change the color if I could because the monochromatic sterling silver holds fingerprints. I have been trying to remove the prints from the delivery men since it arrived. He said no problem I will transfer you to the sales department to help you. I was transferred and told wrong department. I was transferred to another department only to be told wrong department let me transfer you back to Geek Squad. Once there I was told that someone would have to come out to diagnose the refrigerator. I stated I want it to be replaced not repaired. So he continued to tell me something totally different from the first person. I requested to speak with a supervisor and told it can take up to 48 hours to receive a call back. In the meantime every time the refrigerator cools the noise returns. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

Im not sure, but it works no leaks. Necessary to replace when you get new

The delivery guys were punctual, well actually they were running a little late but they called to let me know. They did a very clean job, picked up after themselves and removed the old appliance.

Had to install it myself. The guy told me I didn't have the proper connector but, he didn't offer one either. Guy didn't align the doors, I had to do it myself too. Bad service.

Good installers. Swift and careful, took away all trash, Respectful of our home.

Refidgerator is spacious and stylish. Plenty of shelf space!!

Brought the fridge in and put where we wanted. Plugged in and made sure it worked. We didn't want the water dispenser hooked up, so can't comment on that.

The installers where great. They were in and out. My issue was that I bought the install kit just incase I need them, like for some odd reason the fitting maybe a different size or mine broke whatever. But my existing one work its standard size like it should be. So the installer took the kit back or not? I still paid for it.

No issues and easy to make the connection. Works as expected.

All process is smooth , location is great and on time delivery.

Necessary for ice maker installation. Performance is flawless.

Guys were on time and called prior to arrival. Set up and installation were smooth and completely explained product. Friendly with good customer skills.

I don’t have a waterline in my house so they didn’t connected but I was gonna pay them to install it but I forgot to add it when I bought the product but I’m still happy I’ll install it myself one day according to my wife that’ll never happen she’s probably right

The workers did a great job delivering the fridge. The problem was the ice maker hook up. It leaked. After a short time there was water coming out from behind the fridge on the floor. The workers did not seem to use the teflon plumbers tape on the connection and did not tighten the fitting correctly. I did the repair. I reported this in prior product review. Best Buy did not contact me about the issue. I am very disappointed.

Great fridge at a great Memorial Day price. Too bad it had 2 decent dents. Didn’t call for a new one as the dents can’t be seen. Otherwise, very satisfied.
