Two very knowledgeable installers did a great job. The lifted the refrigerator over my carpet to get it in the kitchen so no damage to the carpet. They cleaned up afterwards and left no mess behind. I was very pleased with their service.

This was perfect, they took the old unit and set up the new one in under an hour.

They called in advance to reconfirm schedule, and delivers called when they were on the way! This is what customer service should always be!

The installers were excellent. It was for a second floor apartment. The front door is only 30 inches. They were able to get it up the stairs without any damage to the walls. Very professional.

The installers were polite and very knowledgeable of the appliance they were installing. They took great care in transporting to prevent any damages. I would have given 5 stars, however I discovered the water line connection was leaking, so I had to pull out the fridge and redo the connection. It was very difficult to move for a man my age.

The men that came to install my refrigerator were awesome. My complaint has been and still is that the fridge has physical damage to it. Be it in the rear , but I didn't pay for a damaged machine. I sent several emails to customer service to which I received no reply. Safe to say this will be my last purchase with BestBuy.

Best Buy delivery crew did an outstanding job installing the waterline.

They came and delivered my new fridge and hooked it up. The existing water line was not working and they promptly pointed that out after trying to start up the water dispenser. They also hauled my old fridge to the garage without a hitch. The problem: Both techs DID NOT wear gloves. They DID NOT disinfect any of the surfaces they touched. I did all that when they left. It seems like Best Buy is trumpeting all the precautions they "plan" to take, but like many businesses, are not enforcing it. As a customer, you better be on your toes if you have them come to your home.

The guys were great, very professional, any mess that was made they cleaned up behind themselves. They also took extra precaution not to destroy anything. Job well done guys
