They connected this to my new applience, and it is working beautifully.

Installation is free and simple enough but installer took time to call me and advise me to swap out my entire copper water line as it had corroded inside and would be harmful to my family and the new refrigerator . He could have just connected refrigerator to water line and walked away. He was very thorough my wife said on explaining everything and setting up fridge.

I had 2 experiences with Best Buy delivery personnel within 10 days due to my initial purchase being defective. This review is for both delivery occasions. The delivery guys were efficient, friendly, and respected COVID-19 protocols. They were equipped with the necessary tools to complete the job.

I paid for removal of the old refrigerator and they did not remove it

Works way better than the plastic one I had. Not worried about leaks now.

They installed the fridge quickly and cleaned up the majority of the peel off plastic. There were still some we had to get, but it was not a big deal. I do wish that the doors would not close with gravity but that should be able to be fixed by adjusting the screws on the bottom.

The crew arrived on time. They were very accurate in placing the fridge. The only problem was that they are not allowed to connect a copper tube for water line. Only plastic. Wish we know it ahead of time. So we have to do it ourselves.

I love this frig. It's my first "new one." I like the knock-knock feature although I must confess, I just use it to impress my friends. It's so fun to open and see all your food at once.

Not sure what they did, but everything looks very good so far.

Best Buy installers were real professionals with no effort on my part.

After the refrigerator was inside and they were ready to connect the water line, I was told that because the water line connection wasnt directly behind the refrigerator, I would have to connect it myself! I had to screw on the water line connection myself. This is ridiculous! They at least tightened the connection once I got it screwed on. Ordinary people are not plumbers or refrigerator installers...not sure why the installers couldnt connect it themselves.

There wasn’t much installation to be done. It I’m super grateful to Hector and Felipe for there hard work. And also for bringing it as early as possible.

Note this is a Best Buy review and not a review for Cafe refrigerator. I can’t review it because Best Buy never even delivered it. Long story short Best Buy is like oh no big deal you can easily change delivery dates no problems we do it all the time. All of my items showed in stock ready to deliver. They bumped my delivery date back almost two weeks due to renovations. I was rescheduled for October 25th and lovely Best Buy decided hey let’s give away her dishwasher and cancel her ENTIRE delivery of SEVEN Cafe appliances and better yet let’s not even contact her to let her know about. Or as a matter of fact it sounds even more fun to tell her when she calls in that yes all is in order for her delivery on October 25th and just not show up! Making it even better when I reached out to my sales consultant two days prior to delivery date he told me he was TOO BUSY to call me. Guess spending $15k + on appliances alone doesn’t mean much to Best Buy. When I said that’s OK just have someone call me crickets no help at all. When I did finally speak to someone from the corporate office on October 24th they told me the dishwasher would be back in stock October 31st but they couldn’t schedule me until November 16th due to other deliveries already booked. Finally they decided to squeeze me in on November 9th as a favor. Wanting to cancel the order the corporate employee gave me her email address to reach back out via email, two email attempts and she still has not responded or called me. Anytime I call the corporate phone number I get the general call center. I get the pleasure of speaking to a hardheaded person that I can’t even understand who is insistent on trying to help with the order even though I tell them I was advised by corporate to not let anyone but them touch the order. After being promised return calls here I sit and no one has called yet. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE CAN BE THIS BAD WITHOUT ACTUALLY TRYING TO BE!!!!!!
