Best Buy has wonderful customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first time we had our fridge installed the deliverers damaged our fridge and brought us the incorrect hose to set up our water supply. Best Buy replaced the fridge in a matter of days and the second set of delivery men were wonderful. They did a fantastic job and Best Buy took care of everything including getting the water supply set up correctly.

Waterline connection went fine, no problems.

Our installer just had to screw on the water connection to the refrigerator and then we were in business. So nice to have ice again!!! Our installer explained everything as he went along. He was great.

Then, Best Buy's delivery and professional hookup made it all smooth and easy. I couldn't believe how fast both our fridge and our washer/dryer setups were ready to go!

Perfect Refrigerator

I love the new design of having the 2 doors at the bottom for the freezer. So easy to find things, well organized and thought out in the new design. The best feature is the Flex freezer that converts to a fridge when needed. I am so happy with our purchase.
