The service techs that installed my freezer were excellent. I received a call about 30 minutes before advising they were on the way. Both gentlemen showed the upmost professionalism, they were knowledgeable, kind and courteous. My husband and I both had to service clients during our careers. I value people who provide excellent customer service. My delivery techs provided excellent customer service.

The men whobbrought my freezer were quick yet very careful and professional as they replaced one freezer with the new one.

It was installed quickly and professionally. They made sure everything was working before they left.

Setup was fast. Working good since setup of appliances last month.

Refrigerator was not 100% useable after the original installers left. There was no water or ice. I previously had a new line installed by a plumber. Best Buy did send out a new team to investigate. The original installers did not use the mandatory purchase of an installation kit that had a flexible line. When the original installers pushed the refrigerator back into its final resting place, it evidently kinked the water line and water would not flow. The new team found this right away. However, when they pushed it back in place, it kinked again and once more stopped flowing. One installer had to put his arm behind the fridge and hold it in place while the other installer pushed it back in place a second time. The water flowed again. I was very appreciative but still have not been refunded for the unused installation kit I had to purchase. I also wonder if this would not have happened if they had used the installation kit with the flexible hose in the first place. I don’t know the answer to this question. But the line my plumber installed is copper and is not flexible. The line on the refrigerator is a short blue line and appeared to bend easily. It is attached directly to the copper line. I only hope that if I have to move the fridge again, I don’t have to strategically hold the lines in place for it to work properly. I will keep a copy of this review in the event I have to call them back out.

From ringing my doorbell to removing the old refrigerator to installing the new one took 31 minutes (I looked at time stamps on my doorbell camera). And that included helping me move a piece of furniture back in place that I had moved to make way for the delivery. The delivery people were very careful and courteous. They were masked. They took the time to remind me to not use the first several gallons of water from the dispenser and to discard the first 24 hours of ice. Helped me overcome a pinhole leak in the existing 1/4" copper supply line, where he could have said that was beyond the scope of the install. Leveled the refrigerator and everything.

Safe delivery into kitchen. Had to exchange fridge the first delivery made loud noises. First delivery included untaping and removing all plastic. Second delivery only set up in kitchen we had to remove all tapes and plastic

crew was very professional, timely in getting rhe job completed and cleaned up.

Installer techs did a great job with refrigerator installation. They were very experienced and efficient in their procedures. They even removed and re-installed the front door which was necessary for entry.

The crew did a good job installing our new refrigerator and moving the old one to our basement. They did state that the crew that brought the new refrigerator to the house the previous Saturday should have done what was done by this crew on Tuesday. Nevertheless, we are pleased that the new refrigerator is installed and working very well. Also, of course, happy that the old refrigerator is in the basement. The LG refrigerator is quiet and, after adjusting to opening French Doors, is easy to like. The freezer handle is "different". At first you might think it is broken. Our installer pointed it out to us, because it needs to be lifted slightly to unlatch it. Just a matter of getting used to it.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy. The service was quick, easy and professional. The refrigerator delivered on time and called ahead. The installers were very careful and friendly. They did a great job.

Install was good but when I ordered the frig and installation, it did not offer changingbthevdoors to swing howcwe needed them. I assumed it was part of the install. It wasn't. I paid the installers to do it as I can't do it. A little disappointed that this was not clear at the outset.

The Best Buy installation team was excellent. Pedro and his team arrived on time, handled the delivery carefully, and set up the refrigerator quickly and professionally. They also made sure everything was level and working before leaving. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.

The Geek Agents were great. They were able to get the old refrigerator out and the new one in and hooked up ready to roll in a less than an hour. I would have given them Five Stars, but they weren't set up to reverse the doors on the first trip. Needless to say, within two days another team came is and reversed the doors for me. All wore masks, cleaned up after their work, and were careful with my property. I will always choose Best Buy and the Geek Squad whenever purchasing appliances or tech.
