Great product! Fits well in my new kitchen and very affordable.

The men who delivered my refrigerator did an excellent job maneuvering it through a tight space and setting it up. They were very polite and careful. The only problem was the salesperson had not asked which side we wanted the refrigerator doors to open on, so it was delivered with the doors on the wrong side. I had to schedule an additional appointment and pay an additional cost for Best Buy to send someone to my house to switch the doors to the correct side.

The appliances were delivered in excellent conditions; The delivery crew was in constant communication and were puntual

Very nice refrigerator. Fits great into the area of my kitchen. Lots of room and plenty of room and has lots of door shelving.

I'm not sure what this review is about, since I see a wrench I think it is about the installation of the refrigerator. The second group of installers did an excellent job. The first group of installers did not want to take the doors off of the refrigerator to get it into my house.

The delivery associates were very polite, on time, and professional. They installed the water line quickly. The only thing they didn't leave was the adjustments to add to make the doors parallel to each other. When the door has a gallon of milk in it, the door hangs a little lower when compared to the other door.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy. The service was quick, easy and professional. The refrigerator delivered on time and called ahead. The installers were very careful and friendly. They did a great job.

Did everything expected. Other than the dented doors, it went well. They reported the damage to Best Buy and set up for a repair/exchange. Best Buy was given an opportunity for scratch/dent refund but, their offer was ridiculously low... 10% to 15% of what I expected.

When the guys came the first time to install the refrigerator, they installed a new water line that was purchased from Best Buy to a water line that was there already. I don’t see the logic behind buying a new water line besides changing more money. I had to call for service because water was dripping. The guys came and tightened the line. Also when they were installing the refrigerator I told them the right door wasn’t as high as the left door. They put some rubber circles under the door to make it even. That didn’t last. So when they came back to fix the leak they put more rubber that came out days later. They rush to get don each time.

I purchased the delivery and assembly for my refrigerator. The 2 guys who came worked quickly and didnt nick any doors or walls. However, they installed one fridge door crooked which broke the piece that the door closed into. Best buy sent someone to fix the issue but it should be done right the first time.

The refrigerator install team did a great job with installation of our refrigerator on the second floor.

So our first round we had an issue with the water line for the main fridge. The drivers left the old and new fridge in our house so we can get the water line issue taken care of. We finally got it done. Fast forward to when the backup fridge was delivered. They installed that one in seconds and they also removed both of the old fridges. They made sure not to bang up the walls and doors. They were quick about it all. Both teams that made deliveries were amazing and great at communicating with me when they would arrive. They'd call and say "We'll be there in 20min" and sure enough 20min later they were there.

Installers did a great job. They answered all our questions.

Delivery was a snap and they put the freezer in the garage and hooked it up and leveled it. Great job!

Service was great. They came about a day later, but the technicians were effective in setting it up in no time. Still working and in good condition
