Great delivery service!

New fridge came, was hooked up and ensured it was working, all demonstrations conducted, and old fridge hauled away.

Fast and professional

They hooked up the water, installed the water filter, got it plugged in and verified temp was going down. Installing the shelving was left up to me to do. I'm happy with the service.

Some Issues with Installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had replacement appliances installed all at once: refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Dishwasher went well, but we had an issue with leaky water in the refrigerator - eventually went away as we got rid of air in the water line, but it would have been helpful if they had explained this. Also, the over the range microwave vents into the room - I thought the house was configured to vent outside so it would have been nice if the installers had highlighted that it would vent into the room (our old microwave had a much lower powered fan so we never noticed it venting in the room if that was indeed the case).

Quick and Easy

They were so courteous and friendly and took so much care not to damage the fridge or any items in our house.

Double Check Connections

They took great care in transporting to prevent any damages. I would have given 5 stars, however I discovered the water line connection was leaking, so I had to pull out the fridge and redo the connection. It was very difficult to move for a man my age.
