Great customer service!

They were polite to me and my pets and were very professional. Unfortunately they were unable to finish the water connection due to damage caused by the previous homeowner, but they showed me what was wrong and told me exactly what I needed to fix the problem. They were great!

They are just about the only things that went smoothly in our kitchen renovation. The whole team bent over backwards at every opportunity to help us. Absolutely stellar service; they have earned us as clients (and all of our referrals) for many years to come.

Moved the fridge into place, that's good enough

They never installed the water line for me and I ended up hiring a plumber for $200 to run a line from the nearby faucet over to the fridge. It took 20 minutes and was super simple to do, not sure why best buy's technicians refused to do it and tried to convince me that the pipe was leaking and that needs to be fixed before this line gets installed

This was a large refrigerator and I am getting older, so I decided to have it delivered and installed. It was worth the price! The crew arrived in the specified time, was courteous and quick.
