Service was great. They ran late on scheduled delivery but when I called to check they explained the delay, gave me an updated time and notified me when they were 20 minutes from the house. All in all very pleased with the service/setup.

Product works just as it should. Fits in well with the new kitchen.

Very friendly and careful installers who advised water connections not needed to be replaced a d advised I would get refund. Nearly two months and no refund yet

The delivery was on time, and I received both a schedule call the day before and a reminder call prior to the arrival. They placed the refrigerator just the way I wanted it and took time to remove all the plastic protectors. They were very friendly and professional.

The guys who did our installation were polite, quick and thorough.

"ready to use when we're done" is very misleading. They never installed the water line for me and I ended up hiring a plumber for $200 to run a line from the nearby faucet over to the fridge. It took 20 minutes and was super simple to do, not sure why best buy's technicians refused to do it and tried to convince me that the pipe was leaking and that needs to be fixed before this line gets installed

The geek squad connected my fridge, and it seems to work just fine

I had my fridge installed and they did a good job. Only thing I noticed after they left was one small ding in the door you have to be really picky to induce little things like that (which I am). Overall great service

The guys showed up on time and did a great job of installing the frig.

Overall it was good but it seemed as if they workers were a little unsure on how to bring the refrigerator into the house. Once in place, they used my tools that were sitting on the counter. Not a big deal but would have expected them to ask.

Great service by installers. Did everything they were supposed to do.

The installers were just the best! Even when having to deal with tight spaces in removing old frig and placing this new one, they were extremely careful at all times. They were also so courteous - very happy with their timely delivery and their ease of install!

Purchased a garage refrigerator and used the Geek Squad to switch the doors to open on the opposite side. They did. And they were on time, very polite and helpful! Will use again!

The two gentlemen who did the installation were fantastic. The entrance to my kitchen required particular care to get the refrigerator into the room. It required partial disassembly of the doors. They gave excellent service and were very friendly. I was thoroughly impressed!

The delivery/install guys were great. Super friendly and quick.

Workers carried freezer down into our basement and set up for us. Very considerate of our house, walls etc. . Very pleasurable and cleaned up after themselves.

Works great....old one got old so had to replace with new one
