Right on time. Very informative and gave advice on the ice-maker and water pitcher. Very friendly and helpful.

Best installers I've dealt with!

The installers took plenty of time during the appointment to measure each part of the fridge and lay out where it would fit before bringing everything in the house. They had a great attitude and didn't once make us feel like we were bothering them!
