Could have been better

The guys who did the work made more than one comment along the lines of, "if you take care of me, I'll take care of you." I'm the type of person who is always going to tip for things like this but the commentary was annoying. There was also a lot of huffing and puffing to make it look like the job was harder than it was - again a bit frustrating to endure. The job got done but its unlikely that I'll make another appliance purchase from Best Buy.

Product is great and accidents happen, but I’m very impressed with how it was handled.

Once I got the shut off valve placed they came in again and install the refrigerator. Highly recommend using Best Buy’s appliance installation.
