Works Great. Just what I Needed. Perfect size for a Single person.

I would like to give two person, William and Tito, a thumbs up, who came to my home for installation of a replaced new refrigerator on September 11. Their professional and caring attitude gave me a very good impression. For comparison there are different person came to my home for installation and repairs without providing a good work.

I purchased the delivery and assembly for my refrigerator. The 2 guys who came worked quickly and didnt nick any doors or walls. However, they installed one fridge door crooked which broke the piece that the door closed into. Best buy sent someone to fix the issue but it should be done right the first time.

It was the perfect size and at the right price. I haven't had any problems and it has kept the temperature at zero degrees.

The delivery guys were first rate, fast delivery, and actually lifted the frig across my nice wood floors to put it in place. It never touch the ground until it came to the final placement. Amazing! They were also on time for the delivery (actually a little early), kept me informed via text messages along the way, were pleasant and took great care to complete the delivery accurately. Installed the old frig in the garage, hooked up the water lines on both (and they don't leak!). Everything works great.

This is our second KitcheAid counter depth refrigerator purchased from Best Buy. We had to leave the first when we moved and the new owner of our previous house demanded we leave it with the house. It is the best refrigerator we have ever owned, and we purchased the new one soon after moving into our new house. The GE that was in our new home just wasn't up to the KitchenAid standards or Best Buy's delivery and installation.

Refrigerator works great.. Only one of the delivery people spoke limited english. They did not use a level to see if the refrigerator is in perfect balance.. I tried to explain to them that they needed to level the appliance.. They left before using a level..

The delivery guy carried the new refrigerator in and plugged it in. They didn't say much.

The GE 16.6 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer was installed to an existing electrical outlet. It was ready to use as I did not buy the icemaker model and therefore did not need a water line. The delivery guys were able to reverse the door to open from right to left on site just before the installation.

The crew that came out to deliver and install the refrigerator were highly professional and accommodating. I was actually stuck in a meeting when they arrived, and missed multiple calls from them when they arrived. Instead of leaving or simply dropping off the refrigerator, they waited and kept trying to connect with me. The communication was great and I'm glad they were so patient. I was also very happy with the installation itself - quick, easy, painless; my fridge was up and running within minutes. The product was good, service was good, no complaints here - 5 stars.

The gentlemen who came to install my fridge at first told me that mine was not on their truck. They were about to bring in a totally different model with someone else’s name on the box into my home. After calling their office and walking down to the truck with them, we came to the conclusion that the other refrigerator in the back was mine. That was an unfortunate waste of time but other than that, they were friendly and installed it well, from what I can see. It’s working without issue so I am grateful. Thanks to Diego & Tony.

The 2 men that delivered the fridge were obviously very experienced in moving refrigerators. They got the new one in the house and the old out quickly even though there was maybe an inch to spare at the door opening to the house. The new water hose did not fit but we were able to use the one we had, All in all it went very well.

Geek Squad came in and knew exactly what to do and how to install the refrigerator to an existing water line.

Nice fridge, works well, minimal damage on sides. Good service
