Not bad the guys were not very professional and were rough with the freezer.

They assembled and installed my fridge with sass and flair!

A team of two men first called to alert me of a time schedule and then actually arrived in the short allotted amount of time they gave themselves. They first inspected the location where the refrigerator was to go and checked the doorways and halls for clearance. They removed the old and installed the new. No more than 15 min in and out .

Not happy that I had to schedule 2 installations for our refrigerator to be installed. The first installation they delivered the refrigerator and told us they could not connect the ice maker because the kit was the wrong one. I spent 2 days making calls to reschedule another installation of the ice maker and was told to explain why the original kit was wrong. After being sent to different departments on phone, 2 hours of trying to explain what the original installers stated to us, we finally got it rescheduled the following week AND to our surprise,,,,the installers showed up with the EXACT same kit to connect our ice maker. They than proceeded to tell my 80 year old father that was waiting their for them that he would need to run to a hardware store and buy a list of stuff. My father refused and told them this was all explained when we scheduled the 2nd appointment. Suddenly they were able to connect our ice maker and left hoses hanging out of our basement ceiling, old hose laying on floor, and valve dripping from connection. NOT HAPPY! BUT I must be honest, this was the first bad experience I have had from Best Buy....we purchase a washer and dryer approximately 6 months earlier and those installation guys were outstanding

The men who delivered the refrigerator (on 8/2/21) had to climb three flights to bring the old one down and the new one up. It was a big job and they were very pleasant and helpful. They didn’t shirk the hard work it entailed, as I have seen others do.

The two guys who did the install were very careful about how they did it so it wouldn't get scuffed or dented. They were also very knowledgeable about the freezer itself and what the best setting was to use for it so it wouldn't frost up inside.

This kit made hooking up my ice maker extremely easy.

It was the connection ready and the installation was easy

Even though it was only a water line, was done quickly and correctly. The rest of the refrigerator was prepped well also; level checked, drawers installed right, and lights checked. Advice given on initial timeline until refrigerator would reach full function (like dispensing with first few quarts of water and ice). Well done by the BB staff.

The installers were great. They discovered a hidden defect in the refrigerator while they were installing it. The unit worked but the shut-off valve behind the internal water filter was defective in that it did not shut off the water when the filter was removed. A repairman eventually replaced the defective shut-off valve
