Not the best experience...

The crew showed up and were not rude, but were not friendly and would not make any conversation. Upon arriving at my door, they said that they could not bring the fridge up through the front due to a tight corner at the base of the stairs. They then went on to remove my old fridge and took it out through the back door, relocating it to my garage. It was then determined that the new fridge would not fit through the back door. The installers then just stood outside and asked me "what I would like them to do" because they could not bring the fridge inside, which I thought was very doable through the front door. In an attempt to go up the front stairs, they also slid the fridge over 3 ft across my rough concrete and damaged the rollers and feet. After several minutes, and several comments about their next deliveries that they needed to get to, they left the new fridge in my garage. I had to reschedule another crew for the following Monday and when they showed up, they said the front door and stairs were no problem and took the fridge right up with no issues. The 2nd crew was very friendly and did a great job, but I was not impressed by the first attempt.

Quick and easy

Placed the new unit and did the hook up quickly. Put on the door handles, shelves, etc and explained what I needed to know. Loaded the old unit. They were here and gone in about 45 minutes.

Refrigerator installation

They couldn’t fit it into my front door so they had to remove the doors to get it in. And made sure everything was put back carefully thank you again.

Phenomenal installation team

After some very annoying back and forth with your geek squad customer service which was horrible, they made me a happy and loyal customer again

Awesome delivery guys

They were very careful bringing the frig into the kitchen and hooking up the water line and looped it off the floor to prevent pinching the line. They made sure every thing was working . Not even a scratch . Thanks guys

The installers had to dismantle the door. They were very methodical, polite, courteous and technically skilled in their job. When they left the place was clean.
