This fridge is loud and incredibly cheaply made. If returning a fridge was an easy process, I would have went right to the store and done it. You can’t open one door and use the drawers. Both doors need to be open to access one drawer. The ice machine takes up a large amount of space. The usable space is not practical at all. The freezer drawers are basically Mickey Mouse toys. I can’t see this thing lasting more than 4-6 years. The sales person at the store and the delivery guys were great. No complaints there. Whirlpool made a junky fridge. That is all.

Great delivery team, horrible scheduling

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the fridge on August 6 at the store (the sales rep was awesome) and the delivery was scheduled (August 12th) and i took off and waited around. It never came. I called and rescheduled for the next Friday (August 19th) and again, it didn’t show up. With both of these scheduled deliveries, I was receiving emails to confirm the delivery was on the way. I contacted a service rep who wasn’t sure why the website allowed the date because the appliance wasn’t even at the warehouse. The service rep said the quickest date he could schedule for me would be the next Tuesday(August 23rd). He was very kind and apologetic about the delays. He said he was sending a gift card for my inconvenience. Eventually, the following Tuesday, the delivery was made. The delivery staff was great but this wasn’t a challenging delivery- I only needed the fridge dropped off in my garage. Well, after all this, the fridge is great but no gift card has been received yet. The method of delivery scheduling was super convenient until no delivery was made. That was not so good. Short story long: beware of the delivery scheduling. That’s all I have to say about that.

Excellent service by Felix and his partner

Him and his partner are true professionals at what they do and were able to carry out our old fridge and bring our new one upstairs seamlessly. Hope to get him next time we need an appliance installed!

They were on time with my delivery. They explained the questions we had and the were in and out quickly. We are very satisfied.

Removed and took away old unit. Professional, fast, and complete job - would recommend highly!

Worst experience you lost a loyal customer

Item came defective and they treated me as if I was the problem. First Customer service rep Christina rushed me off the phone after trying to explain how the unit was defective and not cooling properly was trying to comp me for 50 gift card which is not enough to even purchase a small fridge to keep my refrigerated goods for considering the next delivery date to exchange this item wasn’t for 2 weeks. After back and forward she finally provided an amount that would work to atleast buy an temporary small fridge but was annoyed and rushed me off the phone. She also set unrealistic expectations when she told me I would receive the gift card only a few hours after the call as I needed to buy the unit that day to prevent my groceries to spoil. I ended up getting the gift card a week later after having to call back multiple times to follow up. I ended up having to dispose of my groceries and coming out of pocket 300 for a mini cooler and freezer to keep my families food from spoiling. The second customer service rep Amanda was even more disappointing as I was trying to just follow up on what was promised the call was dropped and she called me back with an attitude assuming I hung up on her while she was trying to help me. After waiting on the phone for plus 20 mins for customer service to answer why would I hang up waiting for a resolution as I expressed my frustration about her assuming I hung up as she was quick to get angered by thinking I hung up she disconnected the call. I called back to report a complaint and the young lady Samantha was helpful in putting that through and having a manager call me. I unfortunately I missed the call and no call back number was left by the manager just a voicemail with options on what can be done. I am so astonished by the fact that this huge corporation doesn’t have nor the time or energy or care to listen to their customers complaints. At this point I just want to express how I have been treated as a loyal customer of Best Buy for many years and once an employee of the same company. This makes me never want to purchase anything from Best Buy again as the most important part the customer service is continued to be missed. There are many other places I can get my goods from and will move forward with never giving Best Buy another dime. What a shame that once upon a time this company was worth investing in and now they make you feel as if you’re the problem when something unprecedented occurs. The lack of empathy and commitment to the customer is atrocious. I’m am out $500 in Groceries that spoiled due to the cooling fan of the refrigerator not working properly, 2 weeks without a replacement. Another $300 out for having to buy something to keep my essentials from spoiling and having to now eat out for 2 weeks because I can’t even keep meats frozen or have enough space to keep anything to cook and 0 apologies or empathy toward my issue.
