Terrific! The Whirlppool is exactly what we needed for our limited space. It is superb, "cool" and quiet. The installation was quick, professional and seamless. It looks great and has enough storage for the two of us.

We purchased a refrigerator. Customer service kept us apprised of when the item would ne available and delivery date. The time frame was perfect, the refrigerator came available earlier. We rescheduled for an earlier delivery date. The delivery staff kept us up to date on the time frame, they arrived early. Professional, careful, clean. They checked and rechecked for fit Made sure everything was in working order, level, no dents, etc. Reviewed the operating of the refrigerator.

Difficult task to remove old freezer and deliver new freezer due to placement in basement with narrow stairway. Very professional to ensure no damage to freezers and stairway walls.

We got our new fridge a week after it was promised. The delay was not acceptable, as I rearranged several appointments to wait for the original delivery. All in all the second delivery was on time and the fridge was installed. It seems to do what it's supposed to do. Our original fridge was only 18 mos. old and also did what it was supposed to do but made an annoying noise. Since the new fridge is only a month old, it is hard to tell if it will last.

I live approximately 35 miles from the Best Buy Store in Roanoke, VA. I had a week wait for the Fridge's delivery to my home (large appliances were out of stock at numerous stores and warehouses due to Covid shutdowns interrupting production). I was kept informed of delivery of the fridge by e-mails. I was contacted by the delivery team on the delivery date by text message. They arrived approximately 10 minutes early. One member made contact with me at the door. He was properly masked and kept social distance. He explained the steps they would take to insure a safe and proper delivery/installation. They delivered both and I am completely satisfied with all aspects from the purchase to delivery/installation. On a side note, the fridge has no ice maker.

I can install my own fridge so I wasn’t gonna get the service… Installing your fridge is a simple task… But to have somebody else do it if anything goes wrong they are there to work on it or advise, if problems occur with an install… I’m a former installer, retired, but I went ahead and got the install plan, and I’m glad I did.

Guys arrived on time, quickly removed old frig, carried in the new frig and set it in place. All services were performed quickly and professionally. No problems at all.

This Samsung refrigerator is the right size and fits into my garage conveniently and is large enough for or extra refrigerator and freezer storage.

Didn't have them install because we decided to paint the garage floor but they arrived ready to do it.

Two review: 1st delivery team of 2 men, refused to try bringing in my purchased refrigerator, nor removing my old one. The get a zero star. I had to pay $150.00 to have my old refrigerator removed, and trade my purchase for a second type of counter depth appliance. 2nd Team of 3 men, get a 5 star!! Not only did they unpack, install etc.. but they never once complained that it could not be done! They were at my home, maybe 15minutes. THANK YOU!!! I know the rating seems unfair, but the anxiety caused by the first team of delivery servicemen, cost me more than a few dollars!

Nice down to earth guys! Respectful with only my wife and children home for delivery.
