All the Best Buy installers I've had thus far have been excellent (washer, dryer, microwave). This was no exception. They were super fast and super professional. They didn't bump into anything. I'm so happy I went with Best Buy for our new fridge.

The Insignia Refrigerator Install was completed so well that it was up and running in no time at all. I am impressed.

The installation/delivery crew was professional. They put the fridge in place, checked with level for any feet adjustment needed, plugged it in and made sure it was running properly before they left.

Overall the delivery/installation process was great. Initially on order I got an 8 hour delivery window, which was narrowed to 4 hours a few days before. Then day-of I got a call with a precise time. So check+ there. The truck was within 5 minutes (early) of the time I was given that morning. Another check+. The two guys were friendly and efficient. They were in and out in 10-15 minutes, which included unpacking and installing the fridge, and going over how to set the temp (etc) and some chit-chat. Check+.

Super professional, did a great job getting fridge through the small space at door and also getting it installed quick. They arrived right on time and followed covid guidelines. Very satisfied!

Installation of the refrigerator went smooth. Best Buy personnel were well trained and clearly knew the product well. It was hooked to an existing water line with little effort. The service personnel was friendly and explained some features of the new refrigerator. He insured there was no leak after connecting the water line.

I like the overall quality of this refrigerator. I have only had it for a few weeks now and it seems to be working great. The one thing I can say I don’t like or have not mastered is how to adjust the shelves for a gallon milk size. I can put tall items on door but need to adjust shelves so that we can put them on it.Husband was home during delivery and did not think about that lol

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful 2 man crew. Took out a return fridge and installed the replacement. Everything went extremely well. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank-you Brandon and Tony!

I recently bought a 7 cu ft freezer at Best Buy and I paid for the inhouse delivery. I am 77 yrs old with a heart condition. I did not want to attempt moving the freezer into my house and down basement stairs. The Best Buy delivery team (2) were polite, efficient and easily carried the freezer to my basement. I was very pleased with this service.

This convertible freezer / refrigerator was installed to replace a previous item which had failed. It looks beautiful and operates as it should. The installation team arrived at the properly scheduled time. They removed the failed freezer and installed this one efficiently. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and got the job done properly.

The gentlemen they sent to install my refrigerator were awesome. They were friendly and literally walked the fridge in without any problems. I would recommend them every time.
