When I purchased my fridge these tools were very handy. These were the only tools I needed.

The first outside partner delivery company they sent was horrible but the second time the other company that came, they did a great job and were very polite and professional.

Our delivery and installation guys, Juan and Martin, were prompt, friendly and very efficient. They also gave us a really good tip on cleaning out the inside of the fridge with vinegar and water to get rid of the new plastic smell. It worked like a charm.

Diffidently have then hook you up and set up you new fridge. Since they have done it before they can get it done and done right in a lot less time than you sitting there reading the directions and trying to figure it out.

Over all very good. Good interior shelf spacing for food storage. Have folding shelf for tall containers or beverage bottles. Crisper drawers for produce are a little small.

Josh and Jamal did a great job delivering my fridge on 5/29/2021 they went up 3 flights of stairs with out damaging it. removed the old fridge with the new 1 and took time to explain the instructions on the maintenance on my new fridge, thx Josh and Jamal

I ordered my fridge on Monday and received it so fast the following Thursday. They came at a decent time and install everything within 30mins and cleaned up all the debris.

Good unit. Installation crew did not have a connector to my copper water line. By chance, had one on hand. Installers should have them to do proper job. Delivery excellent with good crew.

Having the refrigerator completely installed with all proper hook up was a smooth and seamless process. This is the way to go. With the experience the installers have of the small details, it takes the worries off the buyer of forgetting a step and creating an error. Best Buy backs up everything the installer does.

The guys who delivered my refrigerator were great - they called the day before to give me the time they would be there the next day. They were right on time and were very fast and professional. I appreciate the follow up the next day to make sure everything was ok.
