Installation crew was professional, friendly, and quick!

The refrigerator was delivered as stated, HOWEVER, THIS APPLIANCE WAS NOT FULLY INSTALLED UNTIL 3 WEEKS LATER! THE MAN WHO ACTUALLY SHOWED UP AND INSTALLED THE LINE, **WINNER** HIS Nme was CARLOS.. THE BEST of the BEST!

Purchased the install which I thought would mean they would change the direction the door opened if need be. Turns out I need the door changed to open then other way. The installers said this was an up charge and could not be done on the same day since it wasn’t included on the purchase order. They also said this was labor intensive and there is no way they could do it today. I called Best Buy and asked to have someone come back out to switch hinges on door. That was over 4 weeks ago and still no response. I finally googled how to change the door and it took 10 minutes. The fridge is great, the service and responsiveness from Best Buy has been poor.

Geek squad went above and beyond to make sure my refrigerator was setup right. They had to do some handyman work to get the refrigerator through the front door but they made sure not to damage the product. They were professional, courteous and very helpful!

Fridge installation and delivery process was very smooth and best buy installed the fridge in very professional manner. And provide all the details how to use an other instruction in details.

Delivered, connected and set up my fridge...the first outlet they plugged into didn't seem to work, so that was good to know...they made sure the next outlet worked and fridge was running before they left

I made the best choice in my purchase of the LG Refrigerator. The 4 French doors and the extra door in door will save a lot in energy usage. Having a choice to choose 1/2 of the bottom as a freezer or refrigerator - great option - using mine as a refrigerator now. All I can say, “Just love everything about it.”
