It was a great experience. Kenny was really knowledgeable about my product and explained everything to us. They are friendly, courteous, and very quick. Would definitely recommend.

It was a shame the way the delivery co. treated us. They called to say delivery would be 11am Sat., at 1:30 we called them. We were told sorry we dropped the fridge. See you wednesday.

So fast and efficient!

Turns out I was worrying for nothing, it was unloaded and hooked up in 10 minutes. A very pleasant surprise!

Delivered to our condo on the 2nd floor. They banged up the walls a bit delivering, but it was a VERY narrow fit so I can't realistically complain too much.

The online scheduling, communication, and service were great. Zero problems with the install & takeaway of the appliances.

Lowe's wouldn't deliver at all. The Best Buy crew arrived ON TIME, did the job quickly and professionally. GREAT JOB!!
