Fast and friendly

I would suggest to make sure that there is actually running water in the Line and in case of not, just notify the existing condition. (my ice maker wasn't working and at the beginning I thought it was the refrigerator, but I started testing and I found out was the water line)

They were fast doing what they needed to do and was in and out in good time. Would recommend Best Buy to everyone. We have had good experience with everyone we have work with at the Peoria, Il store.

The two-man crew did the installation and removed the old refrigerator in about half-hour. They were professional and pleasing as well.
