Quick work of install

Had to use a new water connector to the Fridge from the old copper tubing I had. They trimmed the copper a bit, and connected the new hose from the copper to the fridge. No leaks, no issues, worked fine.

Leak problems

Very fast, friendly and professional installers. I will be buying more at Best Buy because of these guys! Answered questions and also gave us tips on our appliances. Super guys and I can’t say enough good stuff about them.

Good guys, good job

They did recommend that we buy a replacement part for a spigot; it turned out that a little elbow grease fixed the problem. Don't blame them for not messing with it, though.

Not helpful at all. They did not remove any of the tape from the refrigerator on the outside nor inside. Essentially they delivered the refrigerator and plugged it into the wall socket. I later reviewed the brochure with the refrigerator which stated that it should not be plug in until after a waiting period of 4 hours. It is what it is.
