Hooking up a water line is not rocket science but someone could mess it up. These guys did not. They did a fine job and did it quickly. Since it was part of the package it was even better. I would not pay to have someone make a quick connect like this unless I was totally incompetent with tools or physically unable to do the work.

The crew was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, respectful, and professional. We highly recommend.

I didn't have the delivery guys hook up the water for my refrigerator. That was my fault, as I wasn't ready for it, due to the house I was remodeling. I didn't order the hose to connect the refrigerator, though they just gave me one. Very happy with the whole delivery process.

Looking squat service was excellent they came in on time and they set up everything they explained the process of how to set everything out what temperature is to have everything at him as well set up note the new TV and explain how to operate it as well as I clean up anything I need to mount great service overall 5 stars

Refrigerator installation went well. Installers were quick and professional. Refrigerator was making ice within a day. Very happy with my new refrigerator

The guys they sent out for delivery were extremely fast and efficient. They really knew what they were doing . They strap the fridge to there bodies which was crazy! Made sure they came in my door extremely careful not to hit anything. Great job

Personnel were very careful with the removal of the existing appliance and were able to get the larger one inside the house without any damage to either.

The two guys did a wonderful job. Had to remove front door and they rehung it. Didnt break anything! Hooked up water and it works well. They also took away the old, stinky fridge. They were really nice. They worked quickly, too.

The delivery guys were efficient, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate them taking care to get my fridge in without hurting it or my house. They cleaned up after themselves, and one guy even swept behind my old fridge when he pulled it out. So helpful!

the two guys who came to setup our fridge were extremely efficient and quick. they were friendly and were able to get everything in and installed in maybe 15 minutes if not less. would definitely recommend.

The installers did a wonderful job moving the new unit in and taking the old unit out the new unit was lefold and check over for proper operation.

It did not take long for setup. Showed me all the functions of how to work ice and water in door.

The installers did the best they could under difficult circumstances. I am sure that Best Buy made an enormous amount of profit off their pain and suffering.
