The delivery driver was excellent as he backed his truck up to the back yard with ease and caution. The other delivery person "Mike" was personable and knowledgeable. I was impressed at a job well done with, I thought, no hiccups........until I asked them to switch the refrigerator door to a Right opening instead of Left as it was. Mike said it needed a work order, and started the process w/ BBuy. Very helpful. What he didn't say was that it would cost extra. "Delivery`Set up~ Ready to use" is what your ad says. Wrong side door opening is NOT "ready to use." I tried to tell BBuy BEFORE delivery. I mentioned the door issue when visiting your Orange store , but got no response. And there was no such option on line when I ordered to let BBuy know about the door. So I assumed it would be done upon delivery. PC Richards has that option on line. I guess I should have bought from them but t I've been loyal to BBuy for decades. Alas, at my mature age, I prefer to deal with a company that doesn't play games. Let me know please, if you will honor your promise that my fridge CAN be SET UP by you so I can use it AND at no further cost to me. Thank you! Note: My Star REVIEW is for the delivery ONLY!!

Its the perfect size for ne but is just loud but works just fine

Great install. New fridge was installed quickly and with no issues. They knew what they were talking about, very professional and really nice.

Came on time and were very careful getting the fridge thru tge door. They finish swiftly leaving no packages or debris behind.

Install team was quick and efficient. Took other one out and put new one in its place. They adjusted the legs to accommodate for unevenness in kitchen floor and removed most of the plastic packaging. Once the right item came in, it was a quick and painless process.

The refrigerator install team did a great job with installation of our refrigerator on the second floor.

The installation team was excellent. They were very careful moving the new refrigerator into the house, making sure not to scratch our floors or walls. They worked efficiently, got the fridge leveled and set up in no time, and cleared away all the packaging. A very professional and hassle-free experience.

Movers safely delivered to our 2nd floor apartment - with stairs. Been fine ever since it was plugged in. Haven't connected water line to the ice maker, as we need a filtering system for the water supply. Used Samsung trouble-shooting rep re: occasional noises. Online videos helped as well.

Not only was the fridge great, but the Best Buy team did a very good job installing the fridge. They were quick and efficient. They were in and out in less than 30 mins. Great product great service

The installation process was quite memorable! Might be weird to say but it's true! The delivery guys who installed our fridge, Alex and Manny (I apologize if I spelled your names wrong), were very kind and helpful. We noticed a few issues but they stayed behind to help despite being done. Another thing I noticed was their communication. When they brought in the fridge and was trying to get past the door and narrow areas, Manny was constantly communicating with Alex (cause he was walking backwards). I was impressed with their teamwork! And lastly, our fridge is still working so we are satisfied!

Excellent experience with my refrigerator installation by Total Tech. The technicians arrived on time, removed my old refrigerator and installed the new one efficiently and with no issues. The technicians were curteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They took note of the issue I had with misleading information on bestbuy.com regarding the color/finish of the refrigerator which prompted customer service reaching out to me later that same day. Free installation is a great feature of the Total Tech plan.

Delivery was a snap and they put the freezer in the garage and hooked it up and leveled it. Great job!

The two men who delivered were on time, answered all my questions, explained everything they were doing...all in a kind manner. Per other reviews stated on this refrigerator, I expected it to be noisey. I find only the ice maker to be somewhat loud, scared my dog but we're use to it now. Found inside of refrigerator & freezer larger than I expected! I'm happy with all, This experience will have me returning to Best Buy in the future.

Excellent remplace and short time thanks for your help when I called to the customer service tell me I can obtain a new one in 3 days and did delivery in this time how promises thanks I really need my refri . The guaranty working very good !!!!

Our installers were Danny & Ray (Geek Squad). The both of them were consummate professionals. They unboxed the refrigerator, checked for damage with me, and installed. They were on-time and cleaned up entire mess of all packaging material. Danny went through the entire set-up and operation of the item as well as great user tips. Thanks guys. wider than my other one which is great. freezer makes noise off and on which didn't happen on my other one but is tolerable

This was an install for a replacement refrigerator after the first one was poorly installed and tested, which yielded big problems. This crew in comparison was excellent- they took parts out to easily fit the fridge through the door w/o damages and the thoroughly tested the leveling and water components, and explained what next steps were needed from us. Out of 4 recent installs fromBest Buy, this was was on par with 2 others (as in very good) / only one was bad but I guess it can happen depending on the crew.
