Deliver, service and installation was great!!!!!!!

The delivery guys where great! They pointed out a small dent in the door of the fridge. They where very nice and polite. Moved the fridge where I wanted it. Cleaned up all there mess. They did there best not to bring in as little as snow is as possible.

Works great so far. Got it when we bought our fridge.

Zak and Chris did an exceptional job in replacing the previous refrigerator. Called and kept us informed of delivery. Professional installation, knowledge and courtesy and respectful. Only team i want delivering any Best Buy Products.

I have purchased many appliances, TV, etc and have always been pleased with the delivery and installation on everything! Well worth the protection and service!

It's not even Best Buy. It's a contractor. The people brought the fridge into my house and didn't even make sure it worked before they left. This resulted in multiple visits. I emptied my refrigerator 3 times for no reason and filled it back up. I could have done this job better myself. One of the contractors was misogynistic 3 stars only because of the customer service in the phone. For the install, 2 stars

The installers were progressional and very helpful. It was deliver to my in laws who have health issues and the delivery guys took great safety precautions. They were awesome. They quickly removed ok’d appliance and installed the new one.

They delivered a fridge with a dent and they were helpful to change it out. The only issue was in the delivery. They did not listen in which sort of truck to use and they had to return another day. I had the days and sort of transportation set up, but it took time. They finally had it completed.

It was easily wheeled into the garage and no hookup was needed. I wish they had secured the feet though so it didn’t move around. Most home tools won’t fit the nut

I purchased this product for my aunt. The installation team was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They took extra precaution to avoid damaging her home as well as her new appliance.

Installation was easy and was on time. Perfect product.

The installer did the installation but was not diligent in achieving my full satisfaction. Once everything was connected, there was no water supply to the ice maker. The installer announced I needed a plumber and left. After he left, I did very minimal investigation and discovered the water feed was turned off. It was a very simple issue to resolve and I feel the installer, striving for my satisfaction, should have spent another 2-3 minutes and solved the problem.

After the first delivery guy didn't do his job- had a complaint about everything he couldn't do and left frig in garage. These guys came in pick up the old frig carried it out like supermen, brought in the new frig, hooked up the water and asked if I had any questions. They were so professional, fast and good at their job.
