Lack of training on frig installation

However, the delivery guys did not know that the French Doors need to be adjusted after the frig was plugged in. Since the door could not be closed tight due to the flap panel not popping back up. Best Buy sent a repair man to adjust the door with flap, however, he could not fix the other problems (see my other review on the frig).

Clunky

They actually told me they just needed to repair the original item which was about two months old. At this point, the refrigerator doors still don't close easily and don't always close properly. The outside water/ice provider doesn't work easily at all. It is large and spacious though. That's nice.

Made a small dent upon delivery

The did reorder the item and I successfully received it 03/12/20.

High end refrigerator meets our needs

Lots and lots of room, sturdy shelving and drawers, easy to clean, on-the-door water & ice. Two freezer drawers makes things simple and organized. It even has a large slot in front for frozen pizzas!
