Mike and Elvis were excellent in the delivery of the refrigerator. They were clean and efficient. Mike went out of his way to help installing the water connection to the fridge because I didn’t order the installation kit.

The installation team was outstanding! They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They took all of the tape off the refrigerator and took away all of the packing. The guys were very respectful and nice. I highly recommend.

This was the smoothest installation ever! I was able to know the scheduled time online and it just took around 20 minutes total. Nabeel was amazing and explained the features of the refrigerator as well, that was a bonus!

Worked with the installer to quickly install the water line to the freezer for the ice unit. No leaks and only took a couple of minutes. Only disappointment was learning that he ice unit did not come with my purchase and need to purchase separately. Now I have a hooked up water line, but no ice maker.

Hamilton and Diego installed our refrigerator. They were extremely professional and courteous. We were very happy that they were the ones who delivered and installed our product.

Due to construction going on in my neighborhood and trees in a medium strip, the installers had to walk the freezer to our door. The installer, who only had to plug the freezer in, was so upset, he emptied all the trash out of his truck and left it in the middle of the street. He didn't even level the freezer like he was supposed to.

The delivery was OK except that the installed disconnected my in sink water system that was connected to the refrigerator. That meant that the water in the sink stopped working and the ice maker wasn't making ice. They had to send someone to fix it. It is now working but we were without water and ice for a weekend.

To start, the drop off was rushed, and horrible service. I had a dent in my fridge from delivery. I had to haggle the price for the discount on my dented fridge, because we needed it and can't return, and the delay just to get new one it's not worth it. The dropping off peoples was very rushy, and not patience with us.

The gentlemen that delivered and installed my fridge were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They were respectful of my home, everything was done with care. The install took place smoothly and they answered my questions, and gave me suggestions on the care and upkeep of my fridge.

Best Buy brand refrigerator is a great quality product with a ni frills price. The delivery team was courteous and did a professional set up and haul away of the old refrigerator. They were on time with the schedule that I arranged with them
