Simpy put, todays quick-connect fittings between the refrigerator and the stainless steel water supply line,not only insures a very slim chance of a water leak, but re-assures kitchen cleanliness and therefore a healthier environment.

Delivery people installed Works flawlessly no leaks

Installers/delivery guys were very prompt and polite. They had to review the door to get the fridge inside and they got the fridge inside, installed and replaced the door easily.

Excellent service & very professional. The kitchen doorway was too small & had to pass the refrigerator thru a window between the dining room & kitchen.

Kent and his assistant were professionals in every way. My old fridge was moved out carefully without damage to my floors or doors and the new fridge was installed promptly without any damage as well.

The delivery guys were great, but I have no way to rate the “installation” because they were not able to perform that step because my older home does not have an in-wall waterline shutoff behind my refrigerator. I knew that would probably be the case, but I was forced to purchase installation in order to have my old refrigerator hauled away. Best Buy should have an option to pay for haul away even if installation is not required.

I met a guy named Garis who installed my waterline. He did a great job. Do you know a Garis? No, no you do not. Unless you live in Oklahoma, then MAYBE you do because that's where Garis is from, but still most likely you don't actually know Garis because it's not like just because you're in Oklahoma, you know him.

We bought this refrigerator with no water hook up as we have it in a location where we can't use that. We like the refrigerator/freezer, but it took some getting used to the french doors and the freezer on the bottom. We prefer Samsung items.

The Geek squad arrived with the fridge, got the old one out and the new installed with minimal fuss. The team leader was very knowledgeable about the unit, knew exactly how to hook up the water lines and get it up and running (ship shape and Bristol fashion!). They were professional and ON TIME. An excellent job.

Good install, courteous staff. Our fridge is in a tight spot due to island location, but they got it in there.
