They went above and beyond to install our new refrigerator. Their expertise and sense of humor when encountering a difficult install was commendable. Would ask for them on any future deliveries!!

Maybe it's a product manufacture issue but the blue protective cover/film was not easy for the two guys who installed the fridge easy to remove. I have tried using an exacto-knife in the small crevices but still hard to get out.

She said the tech was nice and knew what he was doing. He got my old fridge out and the new one in and set up in no time.

I have heard of the plastic ones wearing out and getting holes overtime. It was simple to replace and the crew from best buy installed it for me.

He removed excess packaging, made sure the refrigerator was level and positioned it where I wanted it. It was a tight fit but he was careful not to create and damage as he maneuvered. Very nicely done!

Whirlpool side by side refrigerator/freezer

Unbelievable just how much quieter it is than the old one! Hard to find in home delivery, but Best Buy has it, and it was free. Plus they removed the old one. Great service, and the price was good.

Samsung Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer. Msgt

Everything was delivered on time and installed perfectly. If we ever need any more appliances we will definitely purchase them at Best Buy.

Excellent Crew

I will be getting more installations done by Best Buy team. Previously we used Home Depot for all our appliances and installs and in all fairness never had issues with them. These guys were experts and very knowledgeable. Thanks
