They arrived early and set it all up quickly. Adjusted it to fit my space. Respectful workers. Didn’t want water hookup. Hoping it lasts longer. Like that doors hold magnets unlike my LG former fridge.

They did a careless job but “good enough”. Seemed like they just wanted to be in and out. They also wouldn’t hookup my copper water line but would replace it with braided stainlesss. That’s not what I wanted. I purposely have and want a copper line. Might be best to do it yourself if able since you’ll care for your stuff. Yes it’ll take you time and more effort but at least it’ll be a one touch ordeal instead of having them half-a it then you fix what they didn’t do up to your standards.

Hook up was fast and easy. Not a drop of water spilled.

So far, we love the refrigerator. It was delivered as estimated and set up by the delivery guys.

THIS LG REFRIGERATOR IS TOP OF THE LINE. IT KEEPS TEMPERATURE JUST WHERE I WANT THEM I SET MY TEMPS AT 36 DEGREES. THE FREEZER AT -5. THE ICE MACHINE KEEPS PUTTING OUT THE ICE IT HAS A AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE IS RIGHT ON TIME. The two technicians arrived in a time.y manor. Both were professional and friendly. They got right to work moving the old refrigerator to its new location. After that, they prepared the new unit and move it i into the kitchen being extremely careful not to damage it or the woodwork and door. Following the final installation they reviewed operation with me and ensured I was totally satisfied. Their performance exemplified the service I have come to expect from Best Buy.

MyBestBuy delivery team had it hooked up and installed in less than 30 minutes. They were thoughtful and considerate of their surroundings. They did it so quickly and efficiently.

The crew did a good job installing our new refrigerator and moving the old one to our basement. They did state that the crew that brought the new refrigerator to the house the previous Saturday should have done what was done by this crew on Tuesday. Nevertheless, we are pleased that the new refrigerator is installed and working very well. Also, of course, happy that the old refrigerator is in the basement. The LG refrigerator is quiet and, after adjusting to opening French Doors, is easy to like. The freezer handle is "different". At first you might think it is broken. Our installer pointed it out to us, because it needs to be lifted slightly to unlatch it. Just a matter of getting used to it.

Installer techs did a great job with refrigerator installation. They were very experienced and efficient in their procedures. They even removed and re-installed the front door which was necessary for entry.

I puchased a refrigerator over a month ago and finally it is installed and almost completely working. Two problems emerged with this transaction: the first delivery attempt and the water filter. The first delivery team came and said that my current refrigerator could not be removed because a small cabinet had to be removed. that was narrowing the exit path. Actually, if the refrigerator had been turned to its side it could have passed through the existing space. I fojnd this out after I spoke with an independent contractor. I hired contractor to connect the water line. After everything was connected, water came out of the dispenser in a slow trickle. The contractor determined that the water ffilter which came with the refrigrerator was obstructing flow; when the filter was removed, the water flowed well from the dispenser.. I had to purchase a new water filter because neither Best Buy nor the refrigerator manufacturer would replace the defective filter free.

Its a awesome looking fridge. Has as much room as i need. Ver satisfied with our purchase.

Best Buy installed our fridge for us without issue. Their subcontractors are always careful and courteous and do a good job. If there are issues with the water lines or shutoff valves, they'll let you know as well.

The Installation was on time and very professional. They cleaned up and showed me various things about the refrigerator. However, at the time of purchase, I was required to buy a line for the water. I assured them that I had one. The salesman said I needed to buy it then, but could return it when they didn't use it. When the installers put it in, they used the new one, even though there was one there, meaning that I paid $30 for something I didn't need. Seems like a scam to me. Also, my purchase date is six weeks before they could deliver it, so my warranty is shorted by almost two months, which is annoying.

Friendly delivery workers. Asked is they could reverse the doors but was told I had to call to request & pay a fee. Otherwise service was exceptional.

Quiet, cleaning power, sturdy, handle is very convenient.
