Great installation. No issues. Quick, good communication, and clean install.

I just received my new Frigidaire refrigerator so it’s really too early to comment on it. This rating is for the fantastic service I received from my delivery guys. They gave me their names but unfortunately my memory is terrible. I hope Best Buy can see this review and connect it to the two guys. They were very professional. They were very attentive to making sure that the refrigerator wasn’t damaged while before and after they brought it in. They made sure I knew how to set everything up. They went over all of the digital information with me. I would give 10 stars if I could. I couldn’t be happier!!!!

Geek squad did a great job installing refridgerator. Worked diligently to connect water line without success. I dismissed them and I completed the connection. The refridgerator is amazing-no problems.

Did a great job. Would use again. Make sure to check thoroughly before signing because they missed taking off some packaging material.

Generally it was good. Two complaints: 1, some of the tapes / foam / film (e.g., those that wrap the corner of shelf/drawer) were not removed completely. I found it later and it took me 15 min for removal (had to take some shelves/drawers out). 2, the doors have height difference. I didn't notice this until just now. I saw the relevant instructions in the manual, so I will probably be able to do it by myself, but I think the installer should inspect this during the installation and adjust it.

Install team did a great job installing my new refrigerator. It is a very big unit and they were able to get it in my house without any damage to the unit or my house. The team was very polite and professional.

The two-man installation team who delivered, and installed, my refrigerator did a great job! They ensured the unit was operational before they left. I just wish they would have ensured it was level and made the doors level; the doors were left crooked on both of my last two refrigerator installs that Best Buy sent someone out to do for me.

Drivers were very helpful in delivering and installing the freezer into my basement. They made sure it worked, and it was where i wanted.

Installation was perfect, efficient, and quick. Once they knew where the frig was going, it was done within minutes. Thank you. Guys were great.

The automated system told me it would arrive an hour or two earlier than it did, so I was left waiting around. Since I ordered a freezer that weighed less than 50 pounds, the delivery price seemed too high. But my item itself was discounted, so in the end the total price was ok. The delivery guys were friendly and waited a few minutes to let me check the freezer was starting to work.

So I bought this refrigerator for my meal prepping. It has been serving its purpose plus more. The size is perfect. It has wheels so it makes it super easy to move. The freezer is just the right side plus it come with a free ice tray. This refrigerator is definitely worth the price it cost.

This was my first time buying the installation part of an appliance and I have to say, I will always buy it from now on. We did our part and made sure everything was cleared out of the way and we were home to receive the appliance, then when the guys brought it inside everything went smoothly. They unloaded it from the truck, unpacked it, took away all the packaging, plugged it in, turned it on, and made sure everything was working. Very nice!! I highly recommend this service.

Happy with the installation, they thoroughly checked all of the connections to the water supply line, no leaks (I had to turn on the water shutoff after they left as there was a problem with the valve that needed a plumber to fix. Handled with care in getting through front door and into the kitchen area. Also, demonstrated the control panel on the front and how to replace water filter.
