Friendly, courteous, and experienced workers, they were in and out quickly. I would recommend hiring them for any deliveries. I have a small kitchen, and my husband and i couldn't have brought the fridge in by ourselves.

Being a total tech member, the fridge installation came free with the delivery. This is an awesome membership investment, the best buy techs deliver and install the appliances I bought free of charge.

Geek Squad made them cool point back after Best Buy had some contractors deliver the first time. They broke the the item and had to take it back and made me wait almost a month.

Everyone at Best Buy that I had contact with was very professional and helpful. In spite of the Samsung awful refg/freezer that I originally purchase, finally returned and purchased the GE ......Great Refg.

I've owned Whirlpool products(Refrig, washer/dryer, microwave, and range in the past but was very disappointed in this purchase. Door handles were out of alignment and drawers in refrig. side had a very difficult time opening; had Bestbuy come in to align door and Whirlpool check drawers which were found to be defective and are on back order for replacement.

Delivery install was efficient and courteous. They arrived within the appointment window and called to let me know when they would arrive within a 20 minutes time.

Love the fridge. Once I learned to reorganize my space, it actually has more space inside because of how the shelving can be organized. Water dispenser, and 2 types of ice. Multi zone drawer is FANTASTIC!

Getting the refrigerator into the kitchen was a real challenge, after removing some door trim they got it in. They went above and beyond. A great group of guys. The crew was exceptional!!!

Staff was professional and knowledgeable about delivery and installation. When an unforeseen problem happened, a warehouse manager responded quickly and resolved the challenge to our great satisfaction!

I purchased this refrigerator, February 2022. It’s got a lot more room than it looks like sample bit nice I’m still enjoying it.

I don't normally give 5 star reviews but I was really happy with the gentlemen that installed my refrigerator for me. They were both very friendly and professional. Jesus and his partner did any awesome job.

Theres a check list and even though the delivery was fast they marked the check list that they did e everything they didnt wipe down the appliance or finish installing parts of the fridge.

The guys took great care and were very respectful of our home and installed with great care

Refrigerator wAS RECEIVED ON Sept. 11 . Completed installation on October 9, and your installation staff came several times as i had trouble getting contractor to be ready and have water hooked up. I appreciated their patience and professionalism.

the men that delivered my appliances and connected them took care of my items like it were their own. They treated my house with so much care and respect, I was super impressed. They went beyond the job and made things personable. The guys were pretty cool to talk to. I wouldnt mind having them deliver again.
