Phenomenal service. The guys who did the delivery did an awesome job. I have had quite a few things delivered recently from different companies and after best buy was out I would prefer to use them for all future big purchases.

The technicians (Mohamed and helper) arrived on the scheduled date and kept me informed on the delays they encountered due to traffic. When they arrived they unpacked the refrigerator, brought it in the house and hooked up the water supply, all within about a half hour. Excellent work!

Disclaimer: this is the first negative experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy’s Geek Squad. A replacement fridge was delivered and installed. The initial delivery was scheduled for a 4 hour window, and the delivery team didn’t show up, didn’t call, nothing. When I called, I was told that they couldn’t make it. I had scheduled time off for that 4 hour window, and lost that time. They did show up the next time but were unwilling to and unable to resolve the water connection not running from my water supply to the fridge. They offered that a 2nd person would show up to do that the next day, another 4 hour window. This was the first time a 2nd team was mentioned. I had to again take time off. This team showed up, and said they didn’t have the right pipe to connect from my sink to the fridge, even though a pipe was there that had been used for the previous fridge prior to the fridge breaking, and this is an identical fridge. They suggested times to return sometime in the next 3 weeks. Since I had already been waiting for the fridge to be replaced for 3 months, I opted to pay my own plumber to come and repair the connection, which he did using the same line that was there, and in 5 mins flat. Geek squad did not follow up to try to schedule the repair of the water line.

Men were quick, careful, and polite. They were on time.

These guys went above and beyond regular service. We have a tangled mess of water filter pipes under the kitchen sink and the 2 delivery guys were down there taking time to figure out which valve to shut (ours has to be shut off at the filter). They were polite, courterous and efficient the entire time. Thank you.

I'm not sure if this review is for our new fridg installation or not but I will comment of the Geek Squad anyway. Dan Welu and his helper (I forget his name) did an excellent job. Brought the new one in, moved the old one to the basement and hauled the old one away. We are very pleased with their service.

The team was excellent and professional. They came in and installed the refrigerator in a timely manner.

I will forever go to Best Buy due to the quality of the delivery guys. Friendly and helpful. They are the Ritz of service.

The guys didn't even hook up the new water line I was made to purchase. Never even saw it. They just used my old one and I had to call customer service to get a credit for the one that I was required to buy. The guys didn't even show me anything on the fridge as to how it worked. We had to google how to turn the ice maker on. They literally brought it in plugged it up and took the old one. Never even asked if I had any questions. They were in a hurry. Other than this service experience Best Buy has been awesome with every other aspect of my purchase history. I would still recommend them for anything you need that they sell just hope these guys slow down. I'm sure it isn't all the installers so hopefully I just had a bad experience.

Geek squad hooked up water installation to hot water faucet instead of cold. LOL. Glad I caught it, while he was still near by to cone back and fix it.

I love the fridge. Plenty of space and lighting is great. The only thing I wish it had was an alarm when the door is open.

The guys did a good job of delivering and installing this product. I would not have been able to do it myself. The guys were professional and friendly.

The men that installed our new refrigerator did a great job. They were very careful not to ding up either my walls or doorways, or the refrigerator. They were polite. They removed the packing materials and took them away.

the prior refrigerator did have a water connection but the salesperson said they would not install the new purchase unless I bought a new water line

The delivery people were professional, fast, friendly, and arrived when they said they would arrive. All delivery setups should be this easy!

Marcos and Miguel did a pretty great job, I just happened to miss the first too attempts of delivery due to phone number not being notated properly. But service was great

The installation was quick and efficient. However, the fridge door is rubbing against the bottom of the fridge and it’s getting more difficult to close. I emailed requesting that someone come to fix it, but no response yet.

The delivery was impressive, flawless moving the refrigerator in and out of the house! After getting the new one ready for me to put food in I noticed the flex bar was missing, so the shelves that you place on the flex bar were useless.

The Delivery guys were always very helpful and courteous. Communications was perfect. Always calling letting me know about their arrival times.

Cheistine S and his team did a great job intalling my refigerator and they were very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure it was installed properly and working.
