Install was quick and fast by the crew. Set was easy and it was all done in about 1.5 hrs. Highly recommend this service.

The install and removal (for a charge) of my old fridge were part of the total deal when buying my new fridge. The 2 guys who came to the house did an excellent job all around.

As with our recently purchased dishwasher, the technician who performed our new refrigerator installation was in all way courteous, punctual, polite, and professional. We could not have been more satisfied with the service he provided.

They hooked everything up to our existing line. Nothing else was required and it worked right away.

This was for the install of replacement fridge it went well and they removed the old one all done with minimum disruption and fuss...

The installers did a great job. They reversed the doors at my request and promptly placed the refrigerator in my kitchen. A great professional job and arrived within 15 minutes of their appointment.

1st guys who were supposed to deliver hit a road block and didn't try to get around said we could pick up the fridge from them if we met them. Not helpful. 2nd set called, were polite, did an awesome job explaining function, wwre careful and courteous

The refrigerator was delivered with dents on the side, but other than that. I was good. I like my refrigerator.

Kelvin and Juan handled the delivery and installation with care. It was the smoothest exchange. It all happened within 30 minutes. They were very experienced and professional. I would definitely recommend this last team.

If you have everything in place ready for installation - you are ok. If not be ready to have your item left at the house and the installation team will come back when prep is ready (water line, valves, etc..)

Hard working, friendly team of two guys who quickly hauled our old fridge out and brought in the new one. They were very careful to not hit anything and took the time to explain new features on the fridge. Very pleased with them.

Install team was very nice, the problem was they didn't unpack the refrigerator at all. they just brought it in the house and plugged it in, that was it. They said they didn't need me to sign anything and left. I ended up spending at least a half hour unwrapping everything on the inside. I should of checked it before they ran out the door, but I was busy tending to my sick brother. Anyways to add to the horrible service that I got, the actual unit doesn't even work. It doesn't even keep the food cold, the freezer wont even freeze ice cubes. All ice cream products melt, etc. Not very happy right now.

The team that delivered my purchase at Best Buy was Excellent . On time, pleasant, Knew what they were doing step by step Very professional. No difficult . Did all what they need to do. Good Guys

They came in on time. Polite, informative, mapped out the beat way to get it in the house. Got it in. Gave a wonderful summary of features. They rocked. After all of the deliveries brought to my home they were hands down the beat delivery guys EVER!

The two fellas that installed were great. Cleaned and took all packing materials with them....doors were not level and they adjusted them before leaving. Professional and very courteous.
