The guys were very professional and friendly. They had to bring in the refrigerator through the back door. They placed it and adjusted the temperature before they left. I was very satisfied.

Because the refrigerator was a little larger than the actual opening there was No installation

Easy set up for an ex Sears Appliance Manager! Yet the delivery service set it up everything fit. Cold freezer in a couple of hours after being without a fridge for 4 days. Installation was performed quick and professionally!

Refrigerator arrived on time as promised. The delivery people first came in to make sure the refrigerator would fit before unloading. The space would not allow to fully open the door. So it had to be cancelled. Giving 5 stars for the delivery crew.

I purchased the refrigerator installation from Best Buy and I’m glad I did. I didn’t have to lift a finger and the installation price was great and affordable, a lot less than others I checked. Do yourself a favor and pay for convenience!

The ice maker works great if you really need that much ice. Its not that hard to make a try of ice. You can put a water filter behind the refrigerator, but I suggest a whole house water filter system since the town water supplied in New Jersey is full of contaminants and particles.

The original delivery was on time and clean. However, one door had a scratch on it. I had to schedule a replacement. The guys of the second delivery were able to replace the door quickly and cleanly. They were pleasant and on time. I would definitely use delivery again from Best Buy.

Delivery and installation was flawless. Delivery and installation team was very polite and professional. We did have some dings on the appliance but that was clearly done in the warehouse before the delivery and install guys were involved with it.

Delivery was on time. They removed my old refrigerator and hauled it away along with the packing materials. Delivery men were courteous and assembled all the drawers and shelves.

I thought I need to buy a new waterline in order to have the refrigerator setup. However, the installation guy found out that we don't need to have a new waterline so he just simply helped us connect the exiting waterline and complete the installation. The service is good! We returned the new waterline.

The Best Buy installation team did a great job delivering and installing our new refrigerator. They arrived on time, removed the old refrigerator, and installed the new one without any problems. We were very pleased with their work.

The installation took a few minutes but was not set properly and water filter indicator kept on showing a replace filter message. We did reset it ourselves at long last and the message disappear.

Total tech always does great work. I never worry that the work will be done right. Took time and care to cover all my questions.
