Installation team was very helpful because I did not have to haul away/deal with the old refrigerator. On time, courteous and efficient. Very worthwhile.

Came in and set up for me. It was easy but made sure everything was working correctly and answered questions on how to keep the going. Also showed me how to switch to refrigerator if I wanted to.

Did a good job of setting up the appliance. They could have spent a few ore monutes searching for and removing some of the tapes holding interior compoents in place - found and removed a couple of them several months later.

Quick easy hookup. Men knew exactly how to go about the installation.

Installation of the refrigerator went smooth. Best Buy personnel were well trained and clearly knew the product well. It was hooked to an existing water line with little effort. The service personnel was friendly and explained some features of the new refrigerator. He insured there was no leak after connecting the water line.

The Geek Agents were great. They were able to get the old refrigerator out and the new one in and hooked up ready to roll in a less than an hour. I would have given them Five Stars, but they weren't set up to reverse the doors on the first trip. Needless to say, within two days another team came is and reversed the doors for me. All wore masks, cleaned up after their work, and were careful with my property. I will always choose Best Buy and the Geek Squad whenever purchasing appliances or tech.

Refrigerator works great.. Only one of the delivery people spoke limited english. They did not use a level to see if the refrigerator is in perfect balance.. I tried to explain to them that they needed to level the appliance.. They left before using a level..

This new Frigidaire refrigerator installation was so fast in comparison of the last two GE refrigerators. The guys were professional and Unpacking was freeze. A great garage refrigerator. The GE’s took a long time. Mostly because they did not have the right tools. On one occasion I loan a metal cutter to cut the metal packing bands. Yes!, I said two. Both GE’s had defective levelers making it unsafe since the wheels still touched the floor. Almost got ran over several times by the GE. Especially when it was loaded up.

This is our second KitcheAid counter depth refrigerator purchased from Best Buy. We had to leave the first when we moved and the new owner of our previous house demanded we leave it with the house. It is the best refrigerator we have ever owned, and we purchased the new one soon after moving into our new house. The GE that was in our new home just wasn't up to the KitchenAid standards or Best Buy's delivery and installation.

Movers safely delivered to our 2nd floor apartment - with stairs. Been fine ever since it was plugged in. Haven't connected water line to the ice maker, as we need a filtering system for the water supply. Used Samsung trouble-shooting rep re: occasional noises. Online videos helped as well.

This guys that brought our new refrigerator did a great job installing it.

This convertible freezer / refrigerator was installed to replace a previous item which had failed. It looks beautiful and operates as it should. The installation team arrived at the properly scheduled time. They removed the failed freezer and installed this one efficiently. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and got the job done properly.

Generally it was good. Two complaints: 1, some of the tapes / foam / film (e.g., those that wrap the corner of shelf/drawer) were not removed completely. I found it later and it took me 15 min for removal (had to take some shelves/drawers out). 2, the doors have height difference. I didn't notice this until just now. I saw the relevant instructions in the manual, so I will probably be able to do it by myself, but I think the installer should inspect this during the installation and adjust it.
