The installation went great and Matt the installer was friendly and knowledgeable! Great guy. However, I’m not happy about the ice maker since it never even fills up half the tray before it stops. When it gets empty, it takes hours to get enough ice for a few glasses. Extremely unpleasant. And the installer had checked that there was good water flow.

I did not ever see these. I assume that the men who installed our refrigerator used them. They did a good job, except that it either came with the freezer drawer dented or they dented it.

Driver called before set time with plenty of notice. Driver arrived on time, and the guys delivered the refrigerator with no issues. They cleaned up after themselves.

They had to take the doors off to get in the door and up the stairs. They were very good and careful not to scratch anything and knew exactly what they were doing. The only problem is that I will have to take the doors off if I ever move.

Paid for installation and water hook up, the installers said that was not part of the delivery! I told them to call and get clarification, they were told to do all the hook ups! I bought a complete appliance package with installation. Half of the delivery personnel said installation was not included! So frustrating that it took 5 months to get all the appliances, then to have trouble getting them to install as paid for!

Installation was quick, no issues and fast setup. I do wish they took off the wrap on the inside of the bins and not just the trays.

I want a simple bottom freezer refrigerator no other ice or water dispenser needs.

Good thing about this is , petiole come for installation is from Best Buy . Not out side contractors . They are knowledgeable , will tell you what is best for you

Best Buy Installation Team is an excellent option. I would highly recommend. I have purchased several appliances from Best Buy. Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer and Oven. Each installer was always professional, courteous, competent and helpful. Recommend.

Yes, the installers hooked up everything & it was up & running. They informed me to toss the first couple of ice productions & a gallon of water to run thru before using it for consumption.

The guys were very professional, were careful to not scuff walls or scratch the floor. They spent extra time to ensure the refrigerator was level and the doors closed properly. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The refrigerator installer did everything he could to help us get things up and running.

BBY Install teams are professional, timely, quick, accurate, and delicate. I have had about 6 appliances delivered from best buy and they have always done a great job. You can get your old one hauled away as well which is such a time saver!

The delivery folks used excellent communication. They arrived right when they said they would. My fridge was unloaded, unboxed and placed in my home in a matter of minutes. No scuffs or dings. No covid worries here - very professional.

HORRIBLE!!!!! The refrigerator is making very loud noise. I’m he doors are not level. The left packing materials inside refrigerator. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery. Bought in May and it was rescheduled many times and finally received November 30th.
