I really love my new LG refrigerator with French doors. But the gentlemen that delivered the refrigerator were very unprofessional in my opinion. I asked a simple question, I got a smart alec response. I just feel like they need to brush up on people skills when they're coming into people's home. They were unable to connect the Wi-Fi nor did they have any regards of trying to learn how.

My instructions to reverse the door swing was not completed by the original delivery crew. Common sense would suggest that a very small kitchen area, the door swing would be very important as to how much space was available to open the door.

The delivery guys switched the door and were very accommodating to my elderly parents.

This was a nice option but I had installed the wrong size fitting under the sink because there is no marking online on what you need for a fridge line, it’s not the same as a dishwasher.

They did an OK job, but didn't wear their masks right. I also don't think they leveled the fridge correctly.

I had 4 refrigerators delivered to my house since July. If the crew that came the last time came the first time, it might have only taken 1. Fabio and his partner WERE AWESOME!!
