This was a horrible experience beyond anything I can explain. The delivery date was set and I was receiving text confirmations all day as my window was from 9-5pm. At 4pm the delivery set up was terminated. When I called customer service I was told item not available to January and I needed to turn in my current refrig until new one was delivered so we would not have a refrig fro more than a month. The next day I went into the store and was now told it was in stock and they scheduled delivery. Delivery was a nightmare as they would not hook up water line. The men threatened my husband and it was a very hostile setting. I cannot imagine a more horrific service that what we had to endure for this refrig.

The delivery guy broke my handle so if this review is for them it’s 1 star, but if this review is for Mason who came out to fix and the manager John who made it all happen n got a new handle its 5 stars.

The two men that came to set up our fridge were friendly and very caring of our set up. Im not sure why you need at least 50 charactets but that isnot helpful. Maybe I just want to say the delivery guys were great

Great appliance just wasn't able to keep it because did have enough space. Please with it perks.

The two men who delivered and installed the refrigerator took care when bringing it into the house. However they said they could not remove all of the protective plastic wrap because their hands were too dirty (their hands were extremely dirty.) and they were concerned about getting the white interior dirty. The end result - I was left to finish the job. I was not able to pull off a lot of the remaining plastic and now I have small pieces of plastic sticking out which I cannot get. Added to the fact after having the refrigerator for several weeks I would now rate it with 2-1/2 stars because it is noisy and missing many features I forgot to look for when purchasing, I doubt I will purchase another appliance from Best Buy.

Installer’s were great! Ensured not to mess up my new carpet when moving new refrigerator into my house. Very polite, professional young men!

I couldn’t believe how nice and professional they guys were that did the install. They respected my home and my family. The removal of the old fridge and setting up the new fridge was so smooth.

Weird, the model number I ordered was correct on boxes from both deliveries But on inside refrigerator model number was different on both refrigerators! After first delivery would think someone would check numbers. Both refrigerators same and in and out?? So ended up keeping first one. Also, the delivery people didn’t t want to put inside together and when I called someone told me they were supposed to put together

Professional installation. Hooked up the water line and instructed me on running a gallon or so water before drinking.

The delivery crew did a fantastic job of moving the old fridge out and install the new one making sure all the doors were level and removing all the packaging tape

This was the largest unit that would fit in our space. The use of that space is highly efficient and it makes storing food very easy. It is also a plus to save on energy usage. The price also seemed reasonable.

Nice guys and they got it installed. Left a bit of a mess and worked very slowly but overall pleased with the service.

was a tad worried if my fridge would get damaged from delivery to installation but turned out fine. also was worried about the installation for they are movers. not appliance technicians of any sort. but they did know how to do the installation so that worked out. delivery guys we're nice. humorous.

We were glad that we could hook the new refrigerator up to our existing water line without any issues.

Geek squad delivery is amazing. The attitudes are so positive, the people are so helpful, and they just do it right. We buy all of our major appliances through Best buy simply because the delivery process is so well done.

Best Buy installed my new refrigerator & connected it to my existing water source. At first the water wasn’t dispensing but installer advised my to hold down button for a few seconds & water work start. That was the trick & it’s working fine now.
