the installers where great at moving through the small door way i have and took the old frig they where in and out quick

They worked well and made the installation as expected.

It was really tough to get it through the tight corners and they did an excellent job. They had to remove the doors and reinstall them.

I’d like to give BIG kudos to my delivery guys. Tim and Casey. They are the BEST I’ve ever experienced! I’d invite them to dinner I am so fond of them. Please acknowledge them for me!

Overall the installation went well. When they removed my old fridge they cut my new flooring so I was not happy about that.

Simple, quiet, affordable but I wish the freezer was smaller and refrigerator door was longer in height so I don’t have to bend over so much

They were very careful not to damage the fridge. Initially, fridge would not fit the door. Slight scratch on our door jamb. The removed the fridge door and on re try fit quite well!

The two installers were the epitome of professionalism. They work together as a team to make sure everything was perfect. Their personalities were even better than their professionalism! These two were definitely top notch!!

The unit was installed correctly and as per the requested date. The item was scratched and returned.

The guy was knowledgeable, but you have to do some homework before, like to know where is your water cut off valve (!) - OBVIOUSLY!!! All in all I would take him again for another job.

The guys who did our setup were really great and made sure that they did the job well. We had a little bit of an issue with refrigerator height at first, and they were willing to take the item back and come back 2 weeks later after we had a cabinet adjusted. Overall, very happy with their service.

Guys that came were quick and made it so I didn't have to deal with the hook up so no complaints from me. I'm sure someone knowledgeable could do it themselves. And I didn't have to break my own back moving the monstrosity in.

The delivery and installation were excellent. The young men were efficient, professional and friendly. The refrigerator was placed where I wanted and leveled.

I never saw he connection to the waterline for the new LG refrigerator nor did I need to. All I can say is that it works absolutely perfectly. The water and the ice flow with ease and keep me cool and satisfied. Couldn't live without it.
