Not rocket science here. Unscrew a nut, pull the old line off, screw the nut on the new line on. They did it withou issue, so good job. Since it was included in the delivery of the fridge it saved me 2.5 minutes of my time. For free, worth it, would I pay for this service, not a chance.

they took great care to makes sure no dings !! greatjob. only 4 since they left a styrofoam block underneath,,,was able to dig it out.

These guys were amazing, I was running late with removing everything out of the old fridge and they were completely understanding. Gave me about 5 minutes and removed/installed fast without a single scratch on the floor.

Best Buy did a good job overall with the delivery and installation of our new refrigerator. Only issue was that we had snow, which delayed the delivery, but they didn't call to notify us and when we called their delivery number we got someone based in California that said it was still on schedule.

Crew was on time and quickly removed the old refrigerator and installed the new refrigerator. They did forget a couple of stickers inside the refrigerator. Not a big deal.

The delivery men were exceptional. They were extremely respectful and well mannered. Also extremely organized. Set up new fridge with ease.

Despite having to be rescheduled a couple times the initial installation and removal of old fridge was definitely educational and fun . They were great to work with and despite delivery fees being high it was worth it on this item .

The professional team delivered the freezer on schedule, did a nice job of putting it where I wanted it, and removed all the packing material so I didn’t have to deal with it.

Great machine. We are using as a refrigerator at 41 degrees, including wine storage. We bought this as a second refrigerator/freezer if one of our other units go out. So all working well and very easy to read directions.

Great Job. The stainless steel tubing that was sent with the refrigerator was not even needed. The installers from Best Buy were great!!! In and out in 45 minutes. The installers from Home Depot could NOT install their refrigerator at all. Best Buy Installers are great!!!!
