Great fridge and freezer. Well lit inside for ease in finding desired items. Efficient shelf layout. Great water and ice door dispenser

Our two new refrigerators were delivered on two different days, but both teams of delivery personnel did a really good job setting up the refrigerators so they were ready to use.

Had to install water line myself ,couldn't get water turned off before they came also had to go back to best buy for new hookup because the one they brought was bad

deliver and set up, leveled fridge. went over product features and made sure I was happy before leaving. no issues

Went great, got the new one installed. Had to carry up stairs to second floor. Hooked up, setup. Old one carried off. Great experience, definitely recommend .

Installed unit and carted away old fridge. Didn't fully explain operation. A little confusing in the included booklet.

The delivery guy was very nice, but was not knowledgeable about the possible return process. He couldn't get the icemaker to work and stated that a replacement refrigerator was scheduled and I would be contacted in a half hour to schedule an exchange date. Waited, nothing happened so I went into Best Buy. Luckily the Best Buy technician that came to look at the icemaker was able to get my icemaker working.

They did a excellent work bringing it in and very professional

The two men who delivered the freezer and set it up did a good job. They were careful when bringing it in, which we appreciated. It was ready to use when they left.

The fridge arrived with all the parts assembled and ready to run. We provided shoe covers for them but they wouldn’t wear it. Otherwise they were very nice and speedy.

I had my refrigerator delivered and installed by the geek squad and I would totally recommend having your appliances installed by them. They come on time and are so careful with your appliance. They make sure everything is done properly and answer any questions before they leave.

Nothing to install, since we opted not to have the ice-maker connected. Since we did pay for installation, this feature should have been turned off by the installers/deliverers. They seemed lackadaisical and not up to par. Refrigerator only needed to be plugged in.

One of the installers was rude. Use some profanity when asked if he was taking the old refrigerator. He said this was not his job, and he should not have to install the refrigerator. The younger installer was very helpful

Our LG fridge arrived on time, plenty advance notice, installed promptly, old fridge taken away, much faster than we anticipated. Very polite, considerate and professional. Highly recommend.

I really like the camera however it is not real easy to learn to use as it has alot of bells and whistles that I am not good at learning but I like the pictures it takes.

The 2 guys that came to install my freezer we’re awesome. I was their last stop of their long day and they came with great spirt and the most positive attitude. Not to mention that they installed my freezer within minutes and were able to answer the few questions I had .

The guys that installed my fridge were great! They took their time and they even let me clean under my fridge before they installed the new one. They even explained to me that I needed to dump the first few pitchers of water before I was able To drink the water from fridge. Great job Best Buy!
