Delivery was early in the estimated window. Driver called 45 minutes ahead of time and refrigerator changeout/setup was quick.

My service man stayed until he knew he could do no more! The water line leaked and the installer used several techniques to get the water to work. The proble was with my home, not the refrigerator.

The line that connects to the house got broken and need to fix it.

We had to have the door opening switched to the opposite side and to us it doesn't fit decently. They said there's no adjustments they can do, all they said was we have 60 days to trade up to a better model.

the first set of techs did not know how to do anything including how to remove the fridge doors to bring it in the house. They took out my old fridge and left the new fridge outside and did not come back as promised. I had to call customer service to reschedule 3 times. (I had to explain each time as reps were different each time I called). The next techs that came out were great.

The delivery man were totally professional. I had a water line already installed. They hook it up with no problem. Clean up was minimal.

Best Buy delivered and installed my refrigerator and hooked up the water line. On the way inside the house one guy carrying the fridge dinged it on a console table, but they are replacing the freezer drawer so all is well. Great, professional service from friendly people.

Delivery guys were EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes which included installation and hauling away the old refrigerator.
