They delivered it and plugged it in. Not much to review here. I was the 2nd stop on their list so I didn't have to wait long and waste the day.

The delivery was on time and my old frig was removed and the new one installed and ready for use asap. They gave me instructions for use, etc. Very happy

Easy installation. The movers adjust the legs to balance the unit. They even started it up and stayed for 10 minutes to make sure it works well.

The team could not fix the issue. The filter is jammed in the unit. They were quick and efficient. Thank you

The delivery people did an outstanding job, they were very careful going around tight corners. They placed my refrigerator exactly where I wanted it. They were also very polite.

The crew was overall good. A bit late even after the call ahead and they didn't do fine work like leveling the doors but they did a good delivery job overall. The price was right too!

Best Buy delivery/installation crew were great! They removed the old unit and brought in the new refrigerator/freezer very efficiently while being careful not to damage the narrow entry and walls. They arrived well prepared.

The service was outstanding and on time. They called prior and said they were on their way. The installers were very nice and helpful. I had a few questions and they were able to answer them. They wore mask while in my home.

The gentleman who delivered and installed my refrigerator were outstanding! First of all they were very punctual, went right to work removing my old refrigerator and bringing in the new one, hooked up to the waterlines, explained all the features, cleaned up after themselves and were gone!

I bought a LG 25 cu ft refrigerator in November, went through 3 iterations of delivery and replacement as the first 2 were damaged. Free installation service for existing water line seems to be a meaningless offer from BestBuy. First time BestBuy sent their 3rd party delivery vendor who damaged the walls and dented the item during installation, but connect to it the existing water line. I had asked for a geek squad supervisor for the replacement delivery. 2nd time as well the 3rd party team came. I had to refuse delivery as the front door was badly dented. Went through the hassle again to reschedule delivery to another date. This time, on further insisting the geek squad came. Now they brought up a new requirement, that existing water line should be of copper, they cannot connect it to a plastic pipe. I had to connect it and tighten the with the wrench. Following this, I received a call from BestBuy stating the refrigerator was only dropped of not installed. Absolutely stunning how BestBuy wants to shrug off their responsibility here.

Multiple issues that have not been resolved. When I ordered the frig, it was unclear that I would need a kit to have the water hooked up, given that there is already a hookup here. First team that came didn't have the kit. Ordered it. Second team wouldn't touch it because the existing line coming in is copper. I have to hire a plumber to deal with it. None of this was mentioned ahead of time. Then the doors of the frig didn't align and the first guy said I'd have to learn to live with it. A second team came out, and it was apparent they had no clue what to do with the doors. In fact, I believe they stripped out one of the screws trying to force it in. I was told by customer service that I can return the frig, but a new one won't be available until February. They recommended I work with Samsung. I've been trying to do that, but the repair person doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return my messages, and when I did schedule an appointment he cancelled it last minute.

Had no problems. Easy to install and the Greek squad was good. Great customer service. Will be using the Greek Squad again.

The frig is great but the delivery guy refused to help with the install at all.

I purchased an open box fridge, the delivery men were very nice and strong, but I paid for an installation. They attached the water line and nothing happened, so they said it was a frozen valve. Nothing they could do, I needed a plumber. The plumber came, there is a water valve under the sink and because I had just moved in to this house, the water leading to the fridge was not on. But, as a professional installation team, shouldn't they have known that? THEN - he promised it would cool, even though the water line didn't have water. It never cooled. It was on DEMO mode. So I looked on line to find out to get it out of demo mode. But, again, if I paid for the Geek squad, shouldn't they have known that it needed to get out of demo mode?
