It was the install for my LG fridge - read the care booklet as the delivery guys won't show you anything about the fridge.

Delivery men were very nice and helpful. Couldn't install because we couldn't find the cutoff for the water to old refrigerator. They did try to help me find it but it was well hidden.

We love it. It was asked to put the door on the right hand side and it came through like that. I like the convenience of the upper shelves instead of bending over.

The installers were able to show up early and the called me with plenty of time so I could be home. The installation went smoothly and the installer was professional and quick.

The guys were great- efficient and congenial. They arrived when they said they would and were gone in a few minutes. Most of their time was spent removing the tape and protective film. They quickly and professionally explained the features and drove away from a satisfied customer.

The two people who came to install our freezer were very good at their job. They moved it in without damaging anything on their way there

Hopefully I don't need to use this like I did for the Insignia refrigerator I had bought, but I'll be glad I bought it if I do.

Expect service. They were professional and courteous. They were quick and easy. Never had an installation so fast and so easy.

It took a while for it to be connected to water for ice and drinking but finally it was done

They showed up as scheduled, good communication the day prior to and on the day. Had been told for install had to purchase ice maker connection kit. When they went to install they saw existing was as new so took it back with them and refunded instead of just installing.

The guys that came to deliver the fridge were super flexible and up for the challenges my home had to offer. They tackled each thing with humor and charm and were able to adapt quickly and gave me good advice too.

The freezer functions excellently. I do have a complaint that are only 3 baskets supplied, and there are no supports or guides for additional baskets. I have purchased some simple baskets and plaged them on the bottom of the freezer space.

The guys that came out to our house were fast, efficient and friendly. There’s not much more that you can ask for in a delivery?install. The item was inspected for damage and put in place very quickly.

Good service, questions were answered well. Our only issue is the layout of the approach to the line/registers. A little confusing!
