The installers were amazing and so professional. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I could have not ask for more caring installers. They knew exactly what to do with my tight space.

I thought I had a separate cut off for the fridge but the installer said there was still water coming out. He went outside and found the main cut off—I had no idea where that was. Great service.

The men who installed my refrigerator were very friendly and helpful. They even help move a center island and returned it to its original position when done installing the refrigerator.

The two men who delivered our refrigerator arrived on time. Always a plus for me. They installed the refrigerator and explained how to use the different things on our refrigerator. They were very helpful and understanding.

Don't have or want ice maker..did not require installation..!? Do not know why store required installation on unit sale

Installers called when I was next on their list. No issues getting down to the basement or hauling the old one away.

The guys that delivered and installed my new refrigerator were true professionals, they did an awesome, took care of everything and even cleaned up, they were great!

This was a complete "bust". The installers obviously did not know what to do and then told the company something that was not true regarding my installation. They reported that my current water hookup to my old refrigerator did not have a cut-off valve. Well, they stood there and watched me use the cut-off valve to in order to disconnect the water to my old refrigerator. I then received a text/email from Best Buy saying the delivery was complete but the installation was not completed "because I did not have water cut-off". I called the listed number and after over 30 minutes of trying to correct the report they had received and the Best Buy representative continuing to tell me "well that is what their report states" (BTY - with a heavy Indian accent what I could barely understand with great effort - I asked for a manager stating the communication difficulty was my problem but that never happened). She finally, after a lengthy hold, ended up saying that she could send the same crew back out to assess the issue. Amazing! I replied "why would I want you to send the two guys who did not do the job correctly in the first place and them lied about it" back in my house. She finally said she understood and would have another team call me within 24 hours. That never happened. So I called a plumber, he came out, laughed at what the Best Buy delivery/installers had said, and had the existing water line hooked up, using the connecting hose supplied by Best Buy, in about 15 minutes and charged me $75. I am now trying the have Best Buy credit me that $75 all in in part given the very poor performance, inclusive of lying about the facts, by their "contracted" delivery/install team. BTW, the deliver/install team also tried to throw the saws person I interacted with under the bust saying the problem they see all of the time is that the store based sales staff "alway lie about what is needed and what the installers can and can not do" making their jobs much harder. This has never been my experience with the store based staff for any of my purchases at Best Buy. Very disappointed to say the least. WB

No issues. Was quick and easy for the delivery guy to do. I didn’t even know he was done already until he showed me it was connected.

The 2nd team from Best Buy did an outstanding job of installing our refrigerator correctly.

Geek Squad did a nice job installing the refrigerator, the water line etc., disappointed that they did not remove all of the shipping plastics from the unit. Would suggest that the team does that for other clients.

Came and installed new fridge. Since I was not home and my wife was, she didn't check everything. They left the plastic covers off and did not balance it. Also, did not clamp to floor correctly, so had to do all myself. This was not Installation, it was more of drop off and plug it in. I can plug it in..

The delivery and set up of the Fridge went as planned and delivery was actually earlier than expected. Crew called to ask if it was ok to deliver early.

Installers were on time and very quick in getting the job done. Once the refrigerator was in the right place they plugged in the cord and they were done.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy an LG appliance. This review exists because I had to get a new fridge within 6 months and Best Buy was kind enough to exchange the unit because LG literally left me without a refrigerator for 3 weeks. Get the geek squad plan!

Only one delivery man came. He personally moved the new refrigerator in and the old one out. I do not know how he was physically able to do this. He told me his helper did not show up for work.
