Even if you think you're handy with the tools, do yourself a favor and have Best Buy install the fridge and water connection kit for you. It you mess something up you have only yourself to blame. But if they mess it up during installation they have to fix it. In my case they were in and out in 30 minutes. It was installed and connected perfectly and running like a champ ever since. Best Buy installation is a no-brainer.

Installation went off without a hitch. Old unit was removed and new one fit through the opening easily. Water hookup was replaced and unit was plugged in. We were up and running! Once the handles were installed and the fridge was slid back into its proper position we only had to wait a few hours for it to be cool enough to load it up.

The Best Buy delivery men took care of hooking up my new Samsung fridg's water and ice maker to my R.O. line in two seconds. They checked for leaks and there were none! Wonderful service!

The installation was quick and professional. The delivery guys cleaned up and spills and were in and out!

This was added to my new fridge order. The crew failed to level all the way. The left side fridge door tries to close. It can be leveled at the bottom. I need to add to the honey do list.

I'm not sure what this review is about, since I see a wrench I think it is about the installation of the refrigerator. The second group of installers did an excellent job. The first group of installers did not want to take the doors off of the refrigerator to get it into my house.

We ordered a freezer but due to our age we were not sure that we would be able to unpack and level it correctly, so we requested installation. The two men that delivered the freezer were very efficient and skilled at their job. In no time at all it was installed and working correctly. They cleaned up before they left and we could not thank them enough.

The team showed up on time and showed great care and concern about the refrigerator fitting in the allotted space. In truth, by the written description, the fridge should have been too tall. But I knew the space would just barely be ok. They quickly installed it as requested. THe guys were polite and professional.

So far, I love this purchase. It is incredibly quiet, fits our refrigeration needs perfectly. Love the sliding shelf for taller products, the split door is very useful, no more having to watch the door when I open it to make sure it stops and doesnt knock out things. Very happy with this purchase

I purchased an Insignia™ - 7 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer in December to be installed right before Christmas. The 1st set of installers were HORRIBLE. They dropped off the freezer in the box and Ran -- Literally! No installation; when we tried to flag them down, they ignored us. Understandably, when we opened the box, we found the freezer was damaged. We contacted Best Buys and they immediately returned the damaged Insignia™ - 7 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer and replaced with proper installation and noted my account NOT to send the original delivery team to my residence-EVER. The rating I provided is strictly for the 2nd set of delivery personnel, Xavier and Buoy - they are AWESOME! They apologized several times for the extremely poor experience (which truly was not necessary). They are professional, courteous, and conscientious employees of Best Buys. Xavier and Buoy picked up the damaged freezer, and installed the Replacement very quickly. It was truly a pleasure! If I were to rate the 2nd delivery staff, it would be 100. If I were to rate the 1st delivery staff, it would be in the HIGH negative numbers. I have to state that I have utilized Best Buys on a few installation purchases and NEVER experienced this type of Poor service. However, Best Buys corrected the issue very quickly and offered a discount on the replacement which I refused. I was not looking for any discount - only the Insignia™ - 7 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer which I purchase. I would highly recommend Xavier and Buoy for any installation - extremely pleased!

Very efficient! They were here about 45 minutes and had the old refrigerator out and the new one installed with the water hookup, etc. I had considered the "do it myself" approach but was very glad with the quick install and not having to even think about what could have happened if I had used my "significant other" to help.

Bought an ice maker installation kit and Best Buy installed it for me. They do everything so professionally and show you how everything works before they leave. Love shopping at Best Buy.
