Our Best buy installation was seamless. They were so prepared getting everything out of the truck and cleaned up all the boxes and scraps of plastic. I would absolutely order from Best Buy appliances again.

The Geek squad installers were fantastic! And when they saw our current water line was sufficient they quickly offered to refund our payment for a new water line. We were truly impressed with the knowledge and skill and caring that the installation team demonstrated.

It is well worth the money to have the professional installers do the work for you. They were prompt, polite, and professional.

the delivery guys were great and did their job but I was expecting the water line to be installed also as I was told when I bought it by the sales person, yes I actually asked if I would have water to fridge as I did not currently have a water line... the poor guys bringing fridge had to tell me the truth that was a separate service and not included in basic installation but that I was not the first person that had been told it was. Kudos to delivery guys for being honest.

My previous GE freezer stopped working after 27 plus years. So far I am pleased with my new GE freezer. I have one suggestion; the alarm bell could be a tad bit louder.

The delivery guys did a great job of delivering and installing my new fridge. They went to lengths to make sure that they did not scuff or scratch the floor or the appliance. In addition, they were early for the delivery, which is always awesome!

The guys were prompt, courteous, and did a thorough job, with the install. They switched the door to open on the other side as we needed it, and looks fantastic!

The installers were very pleasant. Were careful of the fridge and doorways bringing it in, and altogether did very well, but after running 3 gallons of water thru the lines and ice maker, when I tasted tested the water, I discovered YIKES! They hooked it up to the water line directly from the hot water heater! HOT water feeding into the fridge! (my recommendation would include a cravat to have someone handy who knows which water line is which 'cause I obviously wan't paying enough attention)

Great customer service. Technicians were careful and thorough. They aren’t paid enough. The man’s new his job and cared for the items as if they were they’re owns.

These guys were nice and they got everything up and running quickly. One of them smelled like an ashtray and then made my house kind of stink, so that was a drag.
