Top shelves are misaligned and could not be repaired, so I was told I would be getting a replacement refrigerator.

The delivery installation was done on time and a very nice and well trained gentlemen that they went out of their way to be careful handling the refrigerator and installing.

I had free delivery anf the two gentlemen thta unloaded were friendly and un boxed it and put it in my gar3.

They brought the refrigerator in and plugged it in. Didn't level it. I requested that the doors be changed from left open to right open and was told they didn't do that. I tried twice to call and complain. The first time I was on hold for 90 minutes, the second for an hour.

Easily able to install the new fridge with the existing water line and connections!

The installers were professional in all aspects of the delivery and installation. They also hauled off our old freezer, which was a big help.

The guys that delivered and installed our new fridge were amazing. They went above and beyond I am sure what was asked of them to asure I had everything I needed. Tehy were extremely polite as well.

Didnt really get a chance to use it, but have heard great things about it from friends and family memebers.

They were good. Not a scratch on my fridge remved all packing, set it up. They would have hooked up the water line but it was to short, not their fault, I did later. All in all a good experience.

The refrigerator was delivered but not installed. The delivery driver from 3rd party contractor told me that they are instructed not to do this type of work but told the customer service representative that I did not have a water line to connect to which was blatantly false. This is not a new house and the sink is next to the refrigerator location. After making complaints to BB, I was offered a gift card and a credit. Message to BB: If you are not going to contract with 3rd party contractors that are going to do the work, don't advertise to customers that they are getting installation work that they pay for when they are not.

No hookups or anything so they just brought it in and fitted it into the space. Wore booties so overall good experience.

The guys delivering the freezer did a great job. My wife was adamant that I write a review. They were on time and were also very friendly. We had free delivery. They also hauled away the old freezer.

I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy and had them deliver and install it. The installers were very thorough and quick to install the refrigerator. I am very happy with the service provided.

The delivery men were very polite and conscientious about making sure everything would fit & how they were going to connect and place the refrigerator.

Once we finally got one that was an appropriate size, it was installed....a long wait!
