All I can say is they did an amazing job

Great instillation

Took care not to damage anything. They connected the new water line and leveled the refrigerator. I was also called asking if the installation went well.

After two same day delivery cancellations, they were apologetic but it took me complaining vocally at the second same day delivery to get it quickly rescheduled, the appliances were delivered. The fridge door was damaged when they the movers brought it in. They were very apologetic and said I’d get a call ASAP to get the door replaced. After many calls, chats (at one point I was told I’d have to pay a fee and that I’d eventually get reimbursed…what???) the damaged fridge door was replaced. The whole process was ridiculous and took 3 months. I would not recommend buying appliances from Best Buy.
