Had new refrigerator unwrapped and installed by Best Buy. I will say that I am not a fan of Best Buy Corporate customer service but the people at the Prescott store could not be more helpful or informative.

Old one, however, not too old, braided stainless, would not seal at line after disconnect. Guess they are made to work once and then replace.

I’ve been impressed with Best Buy’s delivery and installation service. Electronic updates kept me informed. Adjusting delivery date/time could be handled online. Crew was professional and courteous.

The 2 gentleman that did the install were very professional doing the job and very considerate of my property.

I have said it before and it will say it again. Best Buy employees are professional and can get the job done quickly and they can answer any of my questions.

Installers are not of professional quality. Did not bother to level the refrigerator. Did not explain the functionality

I was very happy to have a refrigerator installation completed on my new refrigerator. Once it was completed I was able to use my fridge raider right away.

The delivery aspect was awesome. Hauled the old fridge away no problem. However, apparently i stallation consists of plug into wall, unplug old line from old fridge, plug into new fridge, despite it still running through an old grungy filter. I could have done THAT myself. I thought at the least they would unhook the external filter from the old fridge. I didnt discover this until after they left and spe t the rest of the day figuring out what how to do what I paid Best Buy to do. Super disappointed.

mid size freezer holds quite a bit more items than I thought it would. Runs efficiently and quiet and of good quality. Would definitely buy again if needed and would recommend to others

The installers came 20 minutes before the due time that they were to be here. Very professional, clean, helpful, allowed me some additional time to clean out my old refrigerator.

Two very professional gentlemen delivered my new GE Profile French door refrigerator without harming it or anything in my home. In short order they installed the water connection and before I knew it, the refrigerator was installed, connected and they were gone.

Guys came on time and quickly set up my freezer. I was impressed with their courtesy and efficiency.

This installation was incredibly tight. The expertise of the installers was evident in their ability to accomplish it without having to remove the refrigerator doors.

10 out 10, my tenants have nothing but great feedback regarding install services.

They didn't finish the water line connection at the first time. I didn't know why, so I called the customer service and was told it's due to the renovation in the kitchen. I had to reschedule the service again, and finally they finished it in second time visit. I am glad that the installation is finished even though it required my time for contacting them a couple of times to reschedule.

The Geek Squad members were very helpfull during the installation process, and walked me through everything on my device once they completed their installation.
